I wake up to y/n throwing up in the bathroom so I immediately stand up and walk in there and she almost passed out so I hold her until she says...

Y/n:  I thought you were still asleep....

Cameron: I just woke up babe, maybe you should go to bed and try to sleep.'

Y/n: I need to get to work because it's already 9 am and luckily yelena has a day off and the twins are at the firehouse for a day.'

Cameron: yeah and my shift starts at 1 pm so we have to get dressed now.'

Jake: should I maybe get him early to get you checked out by him.'

Jake: umm that's the thing it's her and she did not want me to tell you but she is 20 weeks pregnant.'

Sylvie: ok Dawson can you maybe call mat and Cameron to let them know to meet us at med do not bring Natasha and Mattheo and of course yelena because that there mom who there seeing in pain.'

Dawson(calls Matt): hey babe, can you meet us at med with Cameron.'

They get you too Chigago medical center and Maggie says: what do we have Dawson and brett.'

Gabby: y/n Casey, 32, 20 weeks pregnant, not responding when we get there.' 

Cameron: oh my god, she didnt tell me that she was pregnant.'

Matt: trust me I didn't know either but she and the baby are gonna be fighting to survive.'

Dr.halstead: oh my god, she is in early labour and the baby is in trouble.'

Dr.halstead: y/n your baby is really early to be born so isn't okay if we take her out.'

Y/n: yeah sure do it.'

The doctor brings you To a operating room and delivers the baby and it is a....

Dr.Asher: it's a little girl.'

Y/n: is she okay, dr Asher?

Dr.Asher: yeah she just needs a little help with breathing and eating but other than that she's fine.'

Y/n: thank god.'

A few hours your resting and Cameron is with your little daughter.'

Cameron: hi princess, what's your name gonna be?

Your parents walk in and say: maybe her name can be..  Sophie Grace Casey.'

Cameron: how did you guys find a name that fast.'

Matt: because y/n has a big sister in heaven that had cystic fibrosis and a feeding tube in her stomach and she died of vocal cord dysfunction and she had many problems with her stomach and lungs and even her heart and her name was Sophie Grace Casey.'

Cameron: does y/n know this story?

Gabby: yeah because Sophie died when she was like six or seven years old and she still remembers everything and yelena looks a lot like her.'
