Kong sat quite on the football field between Aim and Tew. He didn't want to catch the attention of his mate again. He didn't want to be yelled out. He didn't want to get punished for something stupid. He just wanted to get though his hazing and leave. It was hot and the sun was blazing. His heat would start in a few days, and he wanted nothing more than to just be someplace cool and relaxing.
"What time did we tell you all to be here huh? Didn't we tell you to be here at four p.m.? Yet what time is it now?!" Everyone looked up and looked around, yet nobody answer.
"I said answer me! What time is it now?" Everyone remained silent. Kong wasn't in the mood for this "If none of you want to bother answering let me tell you! It's now four eighteen and fifty-seven seconds. You all were late! You kept us all waiting! Do none of you have any sense of responsibility?!" Everyone remained quit. Kong wanted to point out there was no way for them to be there at four, when their last class ended at four, but he just wasn't in the mood to fight his alpha today.
Arthit started to walk around, looking at the freshman class. "It's alright though, I will let this slide, just this once, but I am going to call on one of you, and if they don't answer my next question correctly, you all will be punished." His eyes landed on his omega, who again didn't come home. He had watched his omega at lunch and notice he didn't eat. He was worried about him, very worried. "Student ID 0062 raise your head and come out."
Kong looked up shocked. He didn't do anything wrong; he was trying to be a good omega! He looked up for a split second before standing up. The first thing Arthit notice was the bags under his omega eyes, and how puffy they were. Was his omega crying? Was someone picking on him? Was he not sleeping? He fought the urge to growl, to yell at the freshman, but deep down he knew. The possibility it being his fault was high.
"Do you remember the question I asked you yesterday? I asked you how many people there are in your class. Do you have the correct answer?"
"I do. The faculty of engineering class of 2559 has one thousand one hundred and eighteen students. With two hundred and sixteen in industrial engineering." Kong answer his voice calm, but loud. Arthit inside melted hearing his omega. He need to get his omega alone, find out why he wasn't coming home. Arthit didn't know how much longer he could take not having his baby next to him.
"Good." Arthit said nodding his head. "Yet that wasn't the questions I was going to ask you. I just wanted to see if you remember" Kong eyes flashed. He was getting tired of these games with his mate. He was getting tired of his mate picking on him so damn much. Every single time his mate picked on him, it made him feel as if his mate didn't love him anymore. That this whole time his mate was doing nothing but playing him. That he was showing his true colors now. "how many first-years students came to the gathering today? Make sure you count them out loud."
Kong looked at his mate, pure rage in his eyes, taken Arthit aback. He never thought he would see that look pointed towards him. Kong took a deep breath, then started counting. "1...2...3...4...5...6...7..."
"You mate is pissed off at you." Knott whispered in Arthit ear. Arthit just nodding, a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach. It had already been two days since his mate came home. At this rate he would push his mate all the way away, and he wouldn't be able to handle that. He truly wasn't understanding why his omega was acting like this. Yes he was being an asshole, he knew this. Normally though Kong called him out on his behavior. So why run away? Why avoid him? Why wasn't he coming home and just sleeping apart? Was he really acting so bad his omega was going to leave him? Arthit was allowing his omega to have his fit, but if this kept up, he would say fuck it all and force him home.
Arthit sigh listening to his baby voice. No, he wouldn't. He knew he would never force his mate to do anything. If Kong didn't want to come home, then Arthit wouldn't force him. If Kong wanted to leave him, even if it killed him, he would allow it. Arthit would do anything Kong wanted, because when it came to Kong he was as weak as a newborn.
