Sooooooooo, anyways. Diah noticed Anne, and she got her to snap out of it. "Oh,sorry, just spaced out." At least she wasn't attempting to score some romantic points with Diah. That would have been embarrassing!
We ate the rest of dinner in silence,I'll continue to write tomorrow.
You will never guess what just happened!
I met someone I used to work with:Harriet Tubman. Believe it or not,I used to work with her. But she got moved to San Francisco and had to move. I was on a trolley, gonna head to the store to refill the fridge(it was desperately needing restocking, cause they only refill it when there is practically nothing left.),when I saw two people board the trolley:Harry S. Truman and Harriet Tubman. They sat next to me,and I noticed. "H-Harriet?" I asked, not believing it. "Oh hi Adolf, long time no see huh?" She said, being surprisingly casual about it. Then Truman leaned over, and you should have seen his face when he saw me! "Oh hi Adolf, didn't see ya there! How's America treating you?" He asked, things were awkward between us because of,stuff.
"Eh America's treating me fine." I responded, bringing out my laptop to check on the memoirs. "Anyways,I met Harriet soon after she moved here. Pretty nice city." He continued, crossing his legs. So we talked for a bit, disclosing what happened to us over the past years. "Oh and we lost our jobs a month ago." I mentioned, cause we got to the part where all of that stuff happened.
And then their stop came, and they got off,and the rest of the day was pretty uneventful.
