I was listening to music when the airplane initiated the landing, moving my head to the beat as I saw Tokyo's grounds right in front of me. It was a very long flight and it's already past midnight.

It's been about half a year since what happened in Egypt. Since then, Jotaro and I passed our finals and graduated. Of course, I attended his graduation as his date, and he attended mine as my date - the looks all on us on both occasions.

My best friend couldn't believe that Jotaro really was as tall as I claimed, even after I showed a picture of us. My class friends and classmates weren't any less impressed, either - knowing about his affiliation to the world wide known Speedwagon Foundation that Joseph announced Jotaro will take over after his retirement sometime in the future.

But for now, we were just teenagers, or young adults as you want it, since we are 18 already. And we will enjoy this summer since nothing is stopping us.

The plane landed and started taxying when everyone applauded the save landing. I slowly gathered myself, preparing to get out of the plane soon. I took off my headphones, rolling the cables together and putting them into my small carry on that I didn't put into the head space above the seats.

I stood up from my seat to leave the plane after we parked, being one of the first to leave before I was stopped by a flight attendant.
"Miss (L/N), there is someone awaiting you. Please follow my coworker."

Both of us smiled at each other before I stepped out of the plane, seeing the coworker she mentioned.
"Hello, Miss (L/N)."
"Hi. I didn't expect to be taken somewhere else immediately after stepping out the plane."
"The Speedwagon Foundation requested to make the exit as smooth as possible for you."
"Of course they did. Thank you, and sorry for the trouble."
"Oh, don't mind it. I'll gladly take upon that task."

We smiled at each other before the airport worker and I entered a lift, going down on to the airfield where the airplane was parked.

"It's just this way."
The worker gestured with his hand, showing me where to look when I saw a black Mercedes with a tall, black haired and muscular man standing right next to it.

"Thank you so much, have a nice evening."
I spoke and turned to the worker before running towards the car and the man.
"Jotaro!"

I smiled brightly while yelling out his name in happiness, him smiling back at me softly while opening his arms for me to jump in. My momentum made him spin me once before he let me down on the ground, looking down into my eyes while I looked up.

"I didn't expect you here!"
"You really behave like a little child sometimes, you know."

"I thought I'll be brought home to my aunt's place by by the Speedwagon Foundation after the baggage claim. But this - standing on the literal airport - is so cool!"
"I'm always in for a nice surprise for you. Let's get going, shall we?"
"Of course."

Jotaro and I let go of each other before he opened the passengers door for me, leading me to smile softly while gently getting in. He put my luggage into the trunk before sitting down on the driver's seat.

"So, will you enlighten me?"
I asked him while checking my looks on the little mirror in the sun visor. Jotaro looked at me slightly before smiling to himself.
"I wanted to see you asap, so I pulled some strings."
"Hehe, I see, I see. I'm happy you did."

While we were escorted out of the runways and airport in a convoy with safety cars so not to disturb the airplanes, I observed Jotaro not particularly subtly. I leaned back into the seat, watching him focusing on the road. His dark hair and fair skin lit up in orange and white as the orange alarm lights from the escort cars and the lanterns from the airport shone into the car.
