After waking up she looked over at him remembering that she hadn't eaten. She was hesitant to ask but.

She asked, "Do you have food here? By chance. Would you mind sharing some?"

Nick looked over at her. Smiling he said, "Sure if you want I can cook it for you. I'm a pretty good cook. By the way. If I make the area we live in safer would you want to farm I know you like those farming games. Or would you rather I just get you the video games?"

I looked at him blinking. I looked down I tried farming with my grandmother once but she had shooed me away. Would I really get to farm? Better question would I have the energy to farm? The only way to know would be to try.

I said to him, "I wouldn't mind trying to farm but in case we need food before we have the crops would you be willing to get some for us? Or would you be willing to go into town with me? Like going to a restaurant or café."

He said, "I would like to get the food for the start. I'll do the shopping when I go to work. But when I know you won't run away from me. Then I will take you out to eat. I'll get you some seeds too. So that you are not bored. I can also get you some tools for writing and drawing. Your art work looks really good to me. And I think it will give you something to do other than running away."

I blink. I look directly at him. and I say, "ok. That would be nice. Um, thank you. I'll try to get comfortable around you."

I looked down. Not sure of what to do next. he got up and went to the kitchen. I got up and followed him. wanting to know the layout of this place I was in. from the bedroom I had woken up in just now. We went through a hallway. With two doors on either side. and a door at the end of the hall.

I looked back at me pausing. Looking at one of the doors. Then back at me and asked, "What are you doing?"

I blushed and looked down and to the side saying, "I don't really know the layout of this place. If I'm going to live here I need to know where I'm going right."

He sighed and then said, "your right but how about you rest back in the room for a little bit? I'll show you around tomorrow. For now, the bathroom is to your right the one right next to the room. And the other is the toilet room. I live in a house where they are separate. Think of it like those anime you like to watch with the bath and shower being separate. Bath however you want. There is also a sink in the room with the toilet. If you need it. I'll go cook you something now. Oh and don't jump out the window. We are on the third floor. And we are living in a mansion."

With that, he turns to leave. And goes out the door at the end of the hallway and locks it.

I go back into the room looking for a window to confirm it myself. When I looked out I saw a forest. It was past the garden. With a gate to keep wild animals out. Poking my head out slightly I looked to the left. A massive wall with many windows met my gaze. I looked down a courtyard was below me. And when I looked to my right I saw a giant entry gate. Did the wall meet the fence? The entrance to this place.

I said to myself, "ok so I'm definitely in that video game that I never posted online. The one with that demon king that fell head over heels for me... I have been kidnapped by one of Loral's guards haven't I and he might be here too. nick are you Earick? Beldawriver. Hmm. So that danger that could be out there. If I remember the game... oh the forest is filled with monsters. It must be summer or something because the isn't any snow right now. I didn't even post that game."
