Sitting in his home office, Jungkook made the decision to take a step back from his usual workload and dedicate more time to caring for Tae during this crucial period. He notified his executive team about his decision, delegating tasks and ensuring that the company would continue to run smoothly in his absence.

Transitioning to a remote work setup, Jungkook ensured that he could be there for Tae whenever he needed him. Whether it was accompanying Tae to doctor's appointments, preparing meals, or simply offering emotional support, Jungkook made it his priority to be present for his husband.

Tae, grateful for Jungkook's unwavering support, felt comforted knowing that he had his husband by his side every step of the way. With Jungkook's reassurance and dedication, Tae could focus on his pregnancy with peace of mind, knowing that they were in this together, as a team.

Eight months had passed, and Tae's pregnancy was well underway. While the initial excitement and anticipation had been palpable, the reality of pregnancy had begun to set in, especially for Jungkook, who found himself navigating the rollercoaster of Tae's mood swings and cravings.

Tae's once sweet and easygoing demeanor had been replaced by unpredictable outbursts of emotion and seemingly irrational cravings at odd hours of the day and night. One moment, Tae would be sobbing over a commercial, and the next, demanding pickles and ice cream at 3 a.m.

Jungkook, always the patient and supportive husband, found himself at the receiving end of Tae's hormonal fluctuations. While he tried his best to be understanding, there were moments when he couldn't help but feel exasperated by his wife's antics.

"Tae, you can't be serious. Chocolate-covered pickles? That's not even a thing!"... jungkook sighed heavily

"But I need it, Kook! The baby wants it!".....tae pouted

Despite his frustration, Jungkook couldn't help but smile at Tae's insistence, realizing that it was all part of the journey of parenthood. However, as he found himself dealing with yet another bout of mood swings and cravings, Jungkook couldn't help but silently vow to himself..

Note to self: never get him pregnant again

"Hey, Kook, do you think fish ever get thirsty?"...tae asked sitting beside jungkook carefully who helped him as his baby bump is quite big now..

"Um, I don't think so, Tae. Fish live in water, so they probably don't need to drink like we do''... jungkook chuckles resting his hand on his baby bump carraseing it..

"But what if they do get thirsty and we just don't know it? What if they're all swimming around, dying of thirst, and we're just sitting here doing nothing about it?"...tae frowned

"I highly doubt that's the case, Tae. Fish are adapted to their aquatic environment. They don't need to drink water like we do''... jungkook trying to reassure..

"But what if you're wrong, Kook? What if we're ignoring the suffering of millions of fish out there?"...tears welled up in his eyes

"Tae, I'm sure fish are just fine. They're not thirsty, I promise baby''... jungkook panicked slightly crying internally

"You always think you know everything! You never take me seriously!"...tae burst into tears

"No, no, Tae, I didn't mean it like that! I'm sorry, okay? Fish are not thirsty, I promise. Please don't cry''....he francticaly tried to comfort his wifey...

Feeling guilty for unintentionally upsetting Tae with what he thought was a harmless question, Jungkook wrapped his arms around him, feeling terrible for making him cry over such a silly thing.

''i am sorry baby''... jungkook smooches his whole face making other to giggle, jungkook sighed in relief..

In night as Jungkook and Tae sat down for dinner, Tae's mood seemed to shift with each passing moment. One minute, he was happily chatting away, and the next, he was staring off into space with a distant look in his eyes.

Jungkook, accustomed to Tae's pregnancy-induced mood swings, tried his best to navigate the situation with patience and understanding.

"Is everything alright, Tae? Dinner is not tasty?"... jungkook asked While Tae's expression suddenly darkened, his brows furrowing in frustration...

"Why does it always have to be about dinner, Jungkook? Can't we ever talk about something interesting for once?"...tae scoffed, Jungkook blinked, taken aback by Tae's sudden change in demeanor.

"Um, okay. What would you like to talk about?"...he asked carefully , Tae's mood shifted again, this time to one of excitement.

"I don't know! Something fun! Like... like aliens! Do you think aliens exist, Jungkook?"...tae beamed in excitement talking about the species he belongs to. Jungkook chuckled nervously, trying to keep up with Tae's rapidly changing emotions.

"Well, uh, I suppose it's possible. The universe is vast, after all''.... jungkook smiled awkwardly and ate his dinner stuffing some bites on tae's mouth too

Tae's face lit up with enthusiasm, but before Jungkook could react, his expression morphed once again, this time into one of sadness.

"But what if aliens don't want to be our friends, Jungkook? What if they want to destroy us all?"...tae's mood flattened

Jungkook sighed inwardly, realizing that dinner conversation with a pregnant Tae was never going to be straightforward.

"I'm sure if aliens exist, they probably have better things to do than bother with us, Tae. Let's just focus on enjoying our meal, okay?"... jungkook sighed

Tae nodded, his mood finally stabilizing as they continued their dinner, albeit with a few more unexpected twists and turns along the way...

"You won't believe what happened today, Tae. So, I was in a meeting, right? And suddenly, my phone starts playing 'Baby Shark' at full volume!"... jungkook tried to make environment lighter, as tae was awfully quiet

Tae tried to stifle a laugh, but instead, he found himself overcome with emotion, tears streaming down his cheeks...

"I'm sorry, Kook, it's just... *sniffle*... that's so funny!"...tae sobbed

Jungkook blinked in surprise, unsure of how to react to Tae's unexpected burst of tears over something so silly.

"Um, Tae, are you... crying?"....he asked in disbelief , Tae nodded, still overcome with laughter and tears.

"It's just... *sniffle*... it's so funny, Kook! I can't help it!"...tae smiled but tears running down

Jungkook couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of the situation, wrapping his arms around Tae and joining in his laughter through the tears.

"You're right, Tae. It is pretty funny. I'm glad we can laugh and cry about it together''... jungkook made fake cry expressions making metal note for his and his wifey's mental health..

And as they sat there, laughing and crying over the ridiculousness of life, Tae realized just how lucky he was to have Jungkook by his side, making even the most mundane moments feel special and cherished..
