Yn's Perspective —
" Yeah yeah we are in the car ! Will be there after 10 minutes " my mom said as she was talking to my grandparents on the phone .
She hung up the call as my smile widened , it's been such a long time since I've visited my grandparents .
And it feels really great to be here again . “ How are you feeling ? ” Mom asked as I grinned before saying, “ It feels so great. I wish we could stay here for more than 2 days, Mom. ” she sadly smiled as she said .
“ I wish so, but we can't. Let's enjoy the 2 days, yeah ? ” I nodded my head as she smiled . As we were 3 minutes away from our destination . My phone started ringing suddenly .
I pulled out my phone from my purse as my eyes widened after seeing the caller id . It's Jungkook , my ex . I instantly silenced my phone before mom could notice .
Why is he calling me ? And he still has my number ? Is he calling me because he wants me back ? Because he started to grow feelings after we broke up ?
I didn't think much as I switched off my phone and put it inside my bag . I don't wanna talk to him , not now !
After a few minutes we arrived as I got out of the car followed by my mother “ Oh my god! Yn is here ~ ” My grandmother said excitedly as I engulfed her in a warm hug . — (2)
“ How are you Nani ? ” I call her Nani , it's an Indian name for grandmother . I'm actually from Korea but when I discovered the name , I instantly fell for the name . It sounds Adorable so I choose to call her that.
“ I'm absolutely fine , how about you yniee? '' Nani asked as i was about to say but before i could Nani and I heard the sad sound of my mother saying “ You grandmother - granddaughter duo forgot me ? How could you both — ”
But before mom could say further Nani pulled her towards us and we three hugged each other . Which later made us let out a chuckle “ You are such a dramatic person Lia ” Nani said to mom as mom said .
“ Whose daughter I am after all ” I laughed as Nani said “ Oh honey let's go inside , drivers put their bags inside the house ” we get inside the house . — (3)
Time skip We had dinner just now , although it's not that late . It's 8 pm now . Still Nani suggested we have dinner early because we are tired because of constantly travelling for more than 12 hours . Which is a lot to be really honest.
I get inside my room , yes I have my own room in my grandma's house . It’s because I'm the only child of my mother and my mother is the only child of my grandmother .
That's why . I unplugged my phone which was placed on the nightstand as I laid down on the bed making myself comfortable . I opened the lock as I saw a text which was sent by an unknown number .
Who is it ? I opened my WhatsApp and my eyes widened .
