Author's Perspective —
Glaucoma, the eye problems which you didn't sign up for at such a young age of your life . At the age of 11 the eye problem which was glaucoma was in the border line .

No one knew that you have an eye problem, not even you , but your parents noticed your actions . You watch tv with only a hand's distance which was concerning for them .

Soon , you went to the best glaucoma specialist and by god's grace . The problem didn't go further to make you lose your vision as it was treated before anything happens to your eye .

At first you thought it's normal to wear specs as many people do wear it but as you get older you get to know that eye problem you have .

You started to research about it on Google and asked your doctor and they told you about it . And then you understand what actually that is , Glaucoma is a group of eye conditions that damage the optic nerve .

And you get scared of it as the day passes . Cried to sleep every single night thinking it won't be cured as nothing can treat glaucoma. You have been using eye drops which were given by doctors which only reduces the pressure of your eyes but that doesn't treat it fully .

Glaucoma cannot be treated , that's what your doctor and Google said it . Yes people do have health issues and what not but they definitely got solutions for it but you have something which can never be cured .

You used to cry but then you get used to it thinking you have to live like this . And then you turned 24 years old , graduation completed by seouls National University , South Korea with a mathematics honours degree . Everyone was so proud of you .

You are even proud of yourself , and then one day someone from your mother's side asked about your marriage . Marriage is always a sensitive topic for you , with the eye problem you have you always degrade yourself thinking who will make you their wife .

Your parents always used to say , they will tell you about your eye problem to your future in-laws . And it started , 1 … 2 …. 3 …. 4 …. 5 people come and go after seeing you , at first they liked you but when your parents told them about your eye problem.

They denied making you their daughter in law . It happens quite a lot of times , you finally give up on the hope that one day someone will accept you as you are .

And as you gave up , your parents insist on inviting the last wedding proposal . And they were Jeon's , they came and asked about you and they liked you .

And then as always your parents told them about you having eye problems . And what happened next amazed you — they agreed to make you their daughter in law .

Their son liked you alot , and he was okay with you having eye problems, he said — “Not everyone is perfect , everyone has some issues going on but that doesn't mean we shouldn't accept it .
