Next day Aaliya and Zain were driving to Dargah, Zain was very scared after that one incident and he just couldn't shake that dream off of his head. So he and Aaliya decided to visit Dargah to pray to Allah.
"Don't worry Mallika-E-Zain we will soon reach dargah and pir baba will read dua for us and everything will be fine" Zain said while driving the car
Aaliya who was looking out of the window just subtly smiled and nodded her head. But she was feeling weird, kinda nauseous and she had no idea why. She always felt happy and peaceful while visiting Dargah so she had no idea why she was feeling this way.
As soon as they got out of car they started walking towards Dargah, but Aaliya felt like she was being stopped by a force from walking towards Dargah. She somehow manages to walk till the door but as soon as she tries to enter she faints.
Zain screams "Aaliyaaa" and runs towards her.
Barkat Villa
Aaliya slowly opened her eyes and saw that she was inside her room and Zain was sitting in sofa.
"Zain!" Aaliya calls him with a faint voice while trying to sit up
"Hey! Hey! Are you okay?" Zain asks while helping her to sit up
Aaliya nods her head while adjusting herself in bed, she was wearing a cute dress that flaunted her 5 months old belly

"How are we here!" she asks Zain
"Well you fainted right before entering Dargah so I had to bring to home" Zain replies while shifting closer to her
Aaliya looked little worried "Is everything okay? Are babies-"
"Yes Mallika E Zain don't worry and babies both are fine, we had called doctor she said you're immunity is little low so you have to rest" he replies
Just than Surraiya comes in the room holding a tray and a bowl
"Look! What your Mami brought for you, this vegetable soup that will give you strength" Surraiya says while placing the tray and bowl in table.
"Wow! Mom thanks for this, I will make sure she will finish this all" Zain says while lifting up the bowl
Surraiya chuckles looking at their cute banter and goes from there.
Zain starts feeding soup to Aaliya but then again he gets a message from Fahad saying that Mr Peterson has arrived.
"Oh no!" He says while looking at his phone
"What's wrong?" Aaliya asks
"Sorry Mallika E Zain! But I think I need to go to office, you know our special guest is here" he tells her
"Oh! It's fine you should go" Aaliya tells him while smiling
Zain kisses Aaliya's forehead and heads to office.
Afternoon
Sanam slowly peeks into Aaliya's room and she was sitting in bed eating fruits. Sanam was confused weather that was Aaliya or Tasneem, She slowly walks inside the room and calls "Tasneem". As soon as she hears the word Tasneem, her eyes go completely back and snaps back to normal quickly.
She wasn't Aaliya anymore she was Tasneem now.
"Who are you?" She asked Sanam while looking at her up and down
"I am Sanam! Aka the reason why you're here" she says while walking towards her bed
"What? What do you mean" Tasneem asks confused
Sanam tells Tasneem the whole story about how she was put inside Aaliya's body and further adds "So just like that! You'll be fulfilling me and my mother's dream"
Tasneem gets completely thrown off guard after hearing Sanam's plan, she thinks "This woman is so stupid lol! Seems like I have to remove her from my way first"
But in front of her face she just smiles and says "Yeah sure"
Evening
Tasneem goes down to hall and sees Shazia was setting up the table. "What's going on Shazia bhabhi?" She asks
"Aaliya actually some of my friends are coming over for kitty party! So I'm setting up the table for them with snacks" Shazia replies with a smile
Shazia was wearing a beautiful blue Sari and she looked beautiful.
"Oh is it because! Your friends are poor?" She asks
"What!?" Shazia immediately turns towards Aaliya
"You know you were lucky enough to get married in this family! But you're friends they must be middle class right?" She says in a pitiful way
"Why would you say that Aaliya!" Shazia says sounding little upset
"Oh cmon Shazia bhabhi! You and I both know that the only reason you became a part of this family because you were pregnant with Fahad Bhai's child" Tasneem says
"Aaliya! Watch out your language" Shazia shouts
"Don't shout Shazia bhabi! I'm just telling the truth and you and I both know it, mami would never accept you in this family if you weren't pregnant" she says rudely
"Ohh! Atleast she accepted me! But you, you do remember that she absolutely hated you more than anything" Shazia replies
"Yeah! That's only because you gave birth to a son and gave her a grandson, whereas she liked me because she finally saw how nice I was! I mean think about it looking at your family backgrou-
"Don't you dare Aaliya! Don't you dare talk about my family background, you don't get to act as if you come from wealthy family, don't forget your parents literally had to lose everything trying to get you married" Shazia says while pointing fingers at Aaliya
"Lower your voice Shazia! And yes my parents may not be rich but atleast they have class and they're not cheap like your father who will do god knows what to earn-"
