"oh my gosh, they're so beautiful." I cry tears of joy as i hold kalila, the baby girl in my arms.
Gio laughs, "they really are," she cradles giovanni, the baby boy in her hand.
"they look alike, but they both look like you." I say, laughing.
gio nods, "damn, you gotta pump milk before we leave ma ma." She says reaching for kalila.
I nod, "let someone come get kalila, so you don't have to hold them both at once."
She shakes her head, "they're small baby, I'm good." Gio smiles, taking kalila out of my arms.
I sit up all the way, getting up and stretching my legs.
"you're so beautiful." Gio smiles at me as she sits down with the twins in her arms.
"Thank you baby." I smile,

We finally are able to go home. Everyone congratulates us but we have to get the babies situated in the house so they cant come yet.
We get to the house, carrying the babies in their car seats, then we sit them in the bed. I watch them while gio gets their bassinet out and sets it up.

I lay in bed, on my phone, and gio comes in. Laying ontop of me.
"Can I have a kiss?" I say.
She nods as she smiles and admires my face, kissing me softly on my lips.
we hold the kiss for a long time before we start to kiss more intimately, I rest my hand on gios neck as we kiss.
"that was a long, nine months." Gio says as we kiss.
