Marleigh woke up to a loud thud on her bed. She peaked one eye open and saw a package next to her head with Andy stood next to her.
"What's that?" Marleigh asked, voice horsed and laced with sleep.
"Don't know, it has your name on it. Some man with grey hair dropped it off." Andy said, lying down next to Marleigh.
"You didn't open the door, did you?" Marleigh asked, panicked.
"No." Andy scoffed. "I saw him through the window when i was making you coffee, he left it on the doorstep."
"okay." Marleigh exhaled in relief.
"Are you gonna open it?" Andy asked, passing Marleigh a cup of coffee.
"Don't need to." Marleigh grabbed it and blindly placed it on the floor by her bed, grabbing the cup. "You know when you said you don't know why i left the FBI?"
"Yeah."
"That's one reason." Marleigh murmured, taking a sip of the hot drink. "This is good."
"What do you mean by 'that's one reason'?" Andy asked, brows furrowed.
Marleigh ignored her and placed the cup on her bedside table before shifting, facing Andy.
"How long do we have?"
"Not that long, so get dressed." Andy ordered, slowly sitting up.
"Yes, captain." Marleigh smirked, slipping out of bed.
Andy laughed, throwing a pillow at Marleigh before leaving her room, closing the door behind her.
As Marleigh got dressed, her eyes constantly lingered over the package on the floor which had her name on the front in big letters.
Part of her knew that it could be and she was scared to open it and find out but another part of her needed to open it.
Once she was dressed, she picked it up and slowly opened it. her brows furrowed together as she pulled a small piece of clothing out. Clothes for a child?
A baby grow.
With the words 'mama's girl' on the front in bright pink letters.
"What the fuck?" Marleigh whispered.
"Marleigh!" Andy burst through the door. "Are you re—oh. Oh! Are you pregnant?"
"What? No! No, no, no. I'm not pregnant, jesus christ, Andy." Marleigh hissed, shoving the baby grow into a draw.
The same draw that had the pictures of her and the letter.
"Then why have you got a baby grow?" Andy asked, not believing her.
"I don't know. i didn't order it." Marleigh rolled her eyes and picked up her things. "Come on, we gotta go."

Marleigh walked into reception, hoping to catch Bailey alone.
