~ Welcome, and thank you for choosing to delve into Frostfire! 

I'm excited to share my first story and venture into crafting an LGBT+ narrative.

Frostfire is a slow-burn narrative intricately laced around the enemies-to-lovers trope (and I'm not talking about high school spats). Expect deep-seated conflicts and gradual character evolution. Brace yourself for a realistic relationship development —the main characters won't be head over heels by chapter 10 (Yeah, I'm that cruel).

As a first-time author and non-native English speaker, I acknowledge that some sentence structures or dialogues might feel a bit off. If you notice anything that could be enhanced, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your feedback is truly invaluable

A fair warning: this book contains swearing, heavy mental struggles, and morally ambiguous characters. If these elements aren't your cup of tea, this might not be the right read for you.

In crafting my characters, authenticity has been paramount, with a focus on portraying relatable flaws that resonate with many of us. If certain aspects of these characters challenge your sensibilities, I consider it a testament to my success in depicting realistic individuals.

Sorenn may initially come across as a brat, but you'll find yourself empathizing with his journey as you delve into his struggles. He's a complex blend of grumpiness and sunshine, deserving of appreciation, understanding (and a hefty dose of patience).

On the flip side, Gabriel is a challenging individual (to put it mildly), with morals that teeter on the edge and a penchant for the twisted. He's a character who's a handful, but I assure you, investing in him is rewarding.

Gabriel Sinclair was no nice guy and certainly didn't pretend to be. 

 Ruthless, cunning, and unhinged were hollow adjectives that barely scratched the surface of his true nature. 

I was already splintered, barely clinging to the scraps of myself, when he stormed into my life. 

Like a hurricane of ruthlessness, leaving no boundaries unscathed, obliterating everything in his path for those unfortunate enough to be caught in his wake.

And now, inexplicably, I find myself trapped in his.

I don't know how far this will go. 

All I can do is brace myself, hoping to weather this maelstrom with as little damage as possible. 

But with each passing moment, I fear I'll emerge more shattered than before.
