Another boring day 🤧🤧🤧🤧 why life has to be boring 🔪🔪🔪
Tae : Ahhhh, at last I completed my work (yawns) I'm tired, god.......
Jungkook : Hey, hyungie...... What happened (takes the next seat)
The office is almost empty with only a few over working people.
Tae was on the verge of falling asleep on the spot. He didn't have any energy to reply to his best friend
Tae : I'm...... Tired.....
Jungkook : what was your work, hyung? Let me see it (peeks into his computer)
Tae jolts up immediately and cups the younger's face towards his
Tae : nothing important.....
"Fuck, acting is difficult than hiding our feelings......... especially in front of our love.... If he sees my work, he'll faint for sure..... First of all, he doesn't know my job and secondly, he won't be able to understand this shitty business relationship...... My sweet bunny"
Tae : I mean, it's just like yours, but focused on addressing the complaints..... You know like grievance redressal ..... So yea, it's something like that......
"Wow I'm the worst at convincing someone..... Let alone telling him lies, I can't even look at his eyes without shying away."
Jungkook : o-ok..... Hyung?
Tae : hmm? (Gets lost seeing his best friend's doe eyes)
Jungkook : my cheeks...... You're squishing it hardly (chuckles seeing the flushed male)
Tae backs away his hands and mumbles a sorry with his tinted cheeks
Jungkook : come, let's go home, hyung
Tae : ok, just wait for me in the parking lot, I'll come there after sending this email..... (Starts doing his work) What? (Looks at the male)
Jungkook : I'll wait for you (says deadpan)
Tae : hey, you start the car man, I'll come soon (sighs)
Jungkook didn't move from his place and waits for the elder while looking at the remaining workers.
There were 5 of them including tae and jungkook. The other three were in their late 30s
After sending his work to namjoon, tae switchs off his computer and stands up from his desk
He hated desk jobs. Although he's the CEO of Kim's corporation, he never remained in one place. He usually gets out of his country and signs the deal with the top most companies across the world.
No doubt that he enjoyed his time there, but it was also the time, he hated the most. The time he has to stay away from his love. It wasn't a problem as tae managed to lie, jungkook, about going back to home in another city. It wasn't a complete lie, coz he goes out of the county and comes back soon to enjoy his time with his family.
Tae starts stretching his body as he feels a heavy pain in his back and arms. He was lifting his arms up while bending back a bit.
Jungkook : Finished----- HYUNG!!!
He whisper-yells, scaring the elder in the process.
He pulls the elder by his waist towards him, causing tae to yelp.
Tae : wha---
Jungkook : Hyung, people are looking at y......your.....abb....waist.... (looks here and there)
Tae : what happened, kookie? Are you sick by any chance? Your face looks.....red? Why so? (Looks confusingly at the younger)
Not minding his racing heart, tae enjoys the moment in his lover's arms. But he gets worried seeing the younger's face flushed with something. Jungkook's cheeks and ears were slightly pink.
Jungkook : noth---ing, hyung... (Leaves him) and (pulls down tae's shirt) cover yourself properly (turns around and finds the workers working on their desk)
Thank God they were immersed in their work......
Realising what the younger was pointing out, tae's cheeks turned red. He understood that his dress lifted up a bit when he stretched his body, causing his smooth stomach to expose.
Tae : yea...... Sor..ry....thank you, kookie
Jungkook just nods his head and starts heading towards the parking lot
They start their drive towards their houses and tae was just vibing with the songs he played. He tried to include jungkook which was successful when he heard the car filled with laughs and Chuckles.

Jungkook : Hyung, I'll not come to wake you up tomorrow (says sternly) so better get ready by yourself..... I'll come at 9 and then we can go together
Tae pouts sadly. But nonetheless nodded his head and starts walking towards his house. Jungkook waits until tae gets in and then waves at him before leaving towards his own house.
'He didn't even bother to ask me who I like...... Arghh, this dumb bunny!!! (Sighs sadly) I can't even get mad at him coz we have nothing between us...... Apart from this best friends shit!!!'
He locks his door and enters his living room. He sees his grandma, sleeping peacefully in the living room. He chuckles and goes upstairs for getting fresh.
Tae : She's still sleeping...... I'll scare her a bit (on his tip toes he goes near her and screams) GRANNY!!!!!
His grandma, almost fell from the couch but stabilised herself.
Grandma : Yaa, kim taehyung!!!! You're just like your mom (shakes her head and pats her chest gently)
With a playful grin he sits beside her and hugs her tightly
Tae : I missed you, granny
He pouts hearing a scoff from her
Grandma : yea, and that's why you leave me, all by myself even in Sundays and Saturdays to meet your so-called best friend (rolls her eyes)
Tae : it's not like that, granny, he's alone......and my love too (blushes)
Grandma smiles softly. Later she drags him to the dinning table and they had their dinner with lots of chatting.
Tae, loves to blabber everything to his grandma. He loves his parents but his grandma is his everything. The way she listened to his ratting without judging or complaining gives him the feel of home. Having a busy parents and not many friends, tae feels lonely if it wasn't his grandma.
He started staying with her as soon as he completed his high school. And maybe that was his life's best decision coz that was also when he met his kookie.
