The Dalhousie Enigma - Murder Mystery

The Beautiful hill Station of Dalhousie with crisp mountain air and breathtaking scenic views, a heaven which is a desired destination and abuzz with tourists.

It was an autumn evening in Dalhousie and the Oberoi Cecil Hotel was bustling with various kinds of activities. Cyclists from around the world were gathered in the lobby for "Himalayan Adventure Cycling Race " which was happening on 14th October 2023 , the race was organized by Urano Trav Tek Private Limited and the Chief Guest was renowned philanthropist , adventure enthusiast , industrialist and VRS Adventure Gear Company Limited Owner Mr.Vikramaditya Raj Singhania, commonly known as VRS. These Racers were enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and the stunning views of surrounding mountains. But Beneath the idyllic surface, a dark enigma lay hidden.

On the fifth floor of Hotel Suite, VRS (Vikramaditya Raj Singhania) was getting ready for the event; He was tall, imposing man with sharp mind, ambitious and a passion for adventure. He was a most powerful and famous Industrialist in India.

On the morning of October the 14th 2023 the race day, at 8:00 Am, VRS's (Vikramaditya Raj Singhania) Secretary Simon Shaun (SS) knocked on the door of her boss suite. There was no answer. She knocked again, and then she called the hotel staff to open the door with master key. As soon as door opens SS saw that VRS was laying on the floor, she shouted his name - VRS VRS.... She get No response from the boss, she and hotel staff were stunned. VRS was not moving a bit from the floor of his living room, when one of the hotel stuff checked VRS pulse and said he is dead, Madam. SS screamed in horror. She ran out of the suite and called police. Within minutes, the hotel was swarming with police officers and sniffer dogs. The local police immediately launched an investigation. They cordoned off the crime scene and began their investigation. Inspector Devraj Chauhan arrived at the hotel shortly thereafter, As soon as he reach Inspector Examined the crime scene, he carefully see that there is no sign of forced entry, No marks and murder sign that can be found in victim body, Police saw that there were Two Scotch glasses which was kept , both glasses have some left over scotch and a bottle of Single malt Scotch whisky which was kept half empty . All these were create a complexity in the mind of Inspector , they thoroughly checked room and called forensics team to see a clue and trace all corners of the suite , Meanwhile inspector interviewed the hotel staff and secretary as Inspector Devraj has instinct that VRS was murdered . He asked everyone but no one had idea about this whole scenario, how and who had done this but Devraj instinct was forcing him to state that it's a murder. As media people surrounded him and ask the details of case, Devraj said once postmortem and forensic report will come then only they can come to some conclusions. The news of VRS death was spreading like a fire and it was sending a shockwaves through the community, leaving everyone in a state of anxiety. This situation & no clue made Inspector Devraj puzzled. He had a case on his hand but pressure was building on him to solve it. The Dalhousie enigma was now becoming a complex and challenging case for police but suddenly they come to know about a news – Reports has been arrived which state that VRS had a cardiac arrest at 12:30 AM, midnight of 13th oct 2023 , and a trace of sertraline which seen in VRS blood in high dosages. Devraj was waiting for this breakthrough and finally his instinct was right that Victim was murder. But still Killer was smart there were no trace of finger prints or shoes marks as forensic report has again made them puzzled. Devraj again interviewed witnesses and suspects, but no leads were found. The killer had vanished without a trace. As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks into months, the Dalhousie murder remained unsolved. Media and Public pressure mounted on the police, but they were no closer to finding the killer.

In desperation, the police commissioner called Devraj and tells him that he will be calling a renowned detective and a truth hunter from Delhi, popularly known as Tiger from Mayur Vihar Phase-1. Tiger was a brilliant and eccentric detective, with a reputation for solving even the most perplexing cases.

Detective Tiger arrives in Dalhousie and immediately begins his investigation. He took the help of Inspector Devraj and he starts from scratch. He revisits the crime scene, interviews witnesses again, and studies the case files in detail. Tiger also speaks to the victim's family and friends, trying to learn more about his life and his enemies. He soon discovers that VRS (Vikramaditya Raj Singhania) was a complex and controversial figure. He had made many enemies over the years, both in business and in his personal life. Detective Tiger narrows down the list of suspects to a few individuals, but he is unable to find any definitive proof against any of them. The case remains a mystery.

One night, Tiger has a breakthrough. He receives an anonymous tip-off that the mysterious killer will be coming to St. John's Church in Dalhousie. Tiger, Devraj and his team stake out the potential target, but the mysterious killer does not show up and leave a note and challenging Tiger To Catch him if he has guts.

Detective Tiger is frustrated, but he does not give up. He knows that the mysterious killer is watching him, and he is determined to catch him.

The next night, Tiger receives another anonymous tip-off. This time, the mysterious killer tells Tiger that he will be coming to Kaafila Bar, and that he will leave a clue at the bar about " how he killed VRS".

Tiger, Devraj and his team rush to the bar, but they are too late. The mysterious killer has again made them fool, Detective and inspector knows that he (mysterious killer) was playing cat and mouse with them , but when they were coming out of the bar suddenly a boy runs and come near to him and put a chit in detective pocket , immediately detective found that it was a the same mysterious killer they ran after him but unfortunately unable to catch him . Tiger take out the note given by killer. The note taunts TIGER and challenges him to catch him.

Tiger is determined to catch the mysterious killer, but he knows that it will be a difficult task. The mysterious killer is intelligent and cunning, and he is always one step ahead of the police and detective.

Detective Tiger and the police facing a daunting challenge. The mysterious killer is still at large, and he is getting bolder with each passing day.

Detective tiger and his team are at the high-profile event, waiting for the mysterious killer to strike. Tiger notices a suspicious figure in the crowd, wearing a hoodie and sunglasses. Tiger and Devraj approaches the figure. He asks the figure to remove his hoodie and sunglasses.

The figure complies, and Tiger is shocked to see that it is Arjunaditya Raj Singhania (ARS) VRS Younger Brother, who was on the list of suspects. As From Starting Tiger has instinct of ARS is involve but he didn't have any proof. Arjunaditya is also surprised to see Tiger. He says that he was just at the event to enjoy and that he had nothing to do with the murders.

Tiger is not convinced. He knows that ARS has a motive for killing his brother VRS as while questioning to witness and family, he calculated the involvement. As they had been locked in a bitter feud for years, and but Arjunaditya will become a threats against his Brother that was not accepted by anyone who now came to know about ARS involvement.

Tiger arrests ARS and takes him to the police station for interrogation. ARS denies any involvement in the murders, but Tiger does not believe him.

Tiger, Devraj and his team continue their investigation, and they eventually find evidence that links ARS to the murders. They also discover that ARS had an accomplice: Maya Raj Singhania, VRS estranged wife.

ARS and Maya are arrested and charged with the murders of VRS. They are convicted and sentenced to life in prison.

The case is closed, but Tiger is left with a lingering doubt, as again he receive a note of mysterious killer , catch him if they have guts , but killers were in the jail .Now he believes that there is more to the story than meets the eye. He is convinced that someone else was involved in the murders, but he cannot find any evidence to support his theory.

The twist is that ARS and Maya are not the mysterious killers. There is another mysterious killer, someone who is more powerful and dangerous than either of them. This mysterious killer is the one who is pulling the strings and manipulating everything and had deliberately framed and portrait ARS and Maya as killer.

Tiger speaks to Devraj and both determined to find the real mysterious killer, but he knows that it will be a difficult task. The killer is always one step ahead of him.
