Emma sat alone on her 28th birthday with nothing but a cupcake and a candle infront of her, the girl never did much for her birthday as she had nobody to celebrate with her so this meant she never made any effort. However something felt different this year, something changed. That day she brought some cupcakes and candles and she was finally going to celebrate.

She placed the candle in the cake lighting it, before she blew it out she paused debating on whether to make a wish or not. As she inched closer she closed her eyes making a wish before blowing out the candle. A minute when by as she stared at the cake however she got brought out of her trace when there was a knock on the door...

"Are you Emma swan?"

THE NEXT DAY

"So Graham are you and Regina still shagging?" Vivienne asked her thick British accent coating each word, the girl knew there was something going on between the two she just wanted to confirm her suspicions "remind me what that means again? I don't understand your language" Graham laughed, he always loved finding out what certain words meant even if they spoke the same language some words Vivienne said were completely different to what he knew. "It means sleeping with, are you still sleeping with the mayor" viv watched his face changed as he slowly nodded "I don't know why viv, somehow even if I want to stop I can't..it's like I'm being drawn to her" Vivienne gave him a soft smile, she knew he wanted to stop it but the mayor has so much control even if he wanted to she doubted he'd try.

"Hey, let's talk about something nicer. Did you hear about the towns newest member?" She announced trying to lighten up the mood. Both her and Graham knew it was weird for somebody knew to be coming to story brook as in the time they've all lived there not one new face has arrived. "Viv I think we both know we're going to get a call of the mayor asking about her, I doubt she wants her here. I'm pretty sure it's Henry's birth mother from whispers I've heard" Vivienne let out a slight laugh, as much as he'd like to deny it Graham was a gossip he loves listening into conversations about things that might spark interest towards him.

Just as the two fell into a comfortable silence the phone rang, Regina mills it said, the two knew exactly where they had to go.

Upon arrival at the town hall Vivienne took in her appearance, for some reason the mayor always thought her clothing choice was too inappropriate even though it had nothing to do with her.

"Viv, love, you look fine come on let's go in" she nodded at his soft words. The two ventured inside waiting outside her office for her to be done with someone else, around five minutes of waiting Sidney glass walks out holding his head down with a sulk upon his face "You two get in here" the two peeled themselves off the wall they were leaning on before walking into the office sitting infront of the mayor.

"Vivienne nice to see your style hasn't changed" sarcasm coated Regina's voice as she took in the girls looks. "Miss mills I don't understand what my style has to do with you, I'm not even wearing anything wrong" Vivienne question looking the mayor in the eye. "Vivienne my darling you're always showing too much" she pointed towards Viv's chest. "Right. I'm sorry Regina if my cleavage is bothering you, however you clearly aren't in the right place to talk." Regina was silent.

After a long painful silence and a few death stares between Regina and Vivienne, Graham spoke up. "Why did you call us here?" The mayor took her eyes off the girl before pulling out a photo and handing it to him. "Her name is Emma swan, I want you to investigate her. I don't trust her. I especially don't trust her near Henry the boy already had too many issues" Vivienne felt anger bubbling inside her, how can a mother say that about her own son. I understand that he had an obsession with book characters but there is no need to say he has "problems". Instead of fighting the girl stayed silent, giving the mayor a slight nod. "The two are at granny's right now, so you better be quick" the two quickly got up making there way outside of the house and back to the car. "You look after Henry while I speak to Emma, is that okay Viv?" She nodded plugging in her belt getting ready to set off.

As the two walked into granny's grahams eyes immediately went onto the blonde woman at the counter, whilst vivs searched for the boy. When she saw him sat at a table she placed herself opposite him. "Hey Henry" the boy looked up from his book giving her a smile "what can I do for you Vivienne" the girl didn't want to seem suspicious so she looked down at his book. "I've heard about this book, and that we're all characters in it. Henry who am I in it.?" The girl watched as the boys smile grew, he quickly flipped pages going onto the last chapter. "You are her. She's the long lost sister of Prince Charming. She has the coolest of powers! And she was raised by pirates." Henry twisted the book round so it faced her, Vivienne was in shock. The photo in front of her looked exactly like her. "Holy shit, that looks like me" the younger boy infront of her just laughed. "That's because it is you Vivienne, you even share the same name" she looked down at the writing, it was true. They did have the same name. The girl paused for a moment before realising the boy was right, the thought of it sounded crazy. Apart from the last name changes the person she was looking at in the book had to be her.
