Introducting Wes

Preston's POV

"Who?" Matt asked. "Rob! Cmon, bring Wes out here!" I called, and Rob came over to me with Wes. "Guys, this is Wes." I said, and everybody said something among the lines of 'Hey Wes'. "Hi guys." Wes muttered, shyly. "Wes is 12 years old, Rob found him in a room connected to a vent in his new room, and Wes is staying here till we find out what's going down." I explained, and everyone said 'Okay'. Everyone went to record or whatever, and I went to my recording room to think. I could call the orphanage and send him there, but he might end up with a terrible family. But we're not really qualified to have him here. It's settled, I'm calling the orphanage.

Preston's POV

"Cmon Wes, Rob, lets go." I said as I led the boys to the car, Rob carrying Benjy and Puddle. I drove to the orphanage, and pulled up in front of it, and Rob gave me a look that said 'Are you giving Wes up?' and I nodded. We all went into the orphanage building and were greeted by a lady. "Hello, may I help you?" She asked. "Um, yeah. My friend here found this boy in um, in um, a-a room behind a vent in the closet in his room, and we can't keep him there with us." I said. "Well, I'm sure that Wes will be just fine here and will find a great family." The lady said.
Rob's POV

"Well, I'm sure that Wes will be just fine here and will find a great family." The lady said, and Preston smiled. "Thank you." He said. "Cmon, we need you to answer some questions about Wes." The lady said, and Preston nodded and followed her into another room, bringing Wes with him and leaving me alone. I sat down on a nearby chair. I saw something outside and decided to check it out. I grabbed Benjy's paw and went outside. There was a mural on the side of the pizza place next to the orphanage. I was looking at the mural, then a hand grabbed my wrist and gripped it tightly. I turned to see who it was and saw a very angry Preston. He sat me down on the passenger side seat in the car and got into drivers seat. "Rob, how many times have I to you not to run off?!" He yelled, scaring me, and I hugged Benjy and Puddle, then Preston grabbed them and put them in the glove compartment. "No Benjy or Puddle until tomorrow." He said, and I started crying into my hands, and Preston just started up the car, not even paying attention to me. We got home and Preston grabbed Puddle and Benjy, grabbed my wrist, and brought me to the spider room, despite my crying and whining. Preston sat me down on the bed, walked out, and locked the door from the outside. How rude, he didn't even look at me. I looked around and saw some spider webs in the corners of the room. I think I should try to overcome my fear. I went over to the spider web close to the floor in the corner of the room and found a spider in it. I put my hand out in front of the spider and it crawled onto my hand. I looked at the spider crawling around on my hand and I smiled. This little guy's not so scary. The spider started crawling up my arm, and onto my shoulder. From what I knew, this type of spider isn't poisonous. I picked up the spider with my other hand and put the spider down, then Preston walked in. "Robbie, baby you can come out now." He said, and I stood up and hugged him. "Aw, I know you don't like this room." Preston said, and I shook my head no at him. "What is it Rob?" He asked, and I picked up the spider and held it in front of him. "Rob, you conquered your fear of spiders?" Preston asked, and I smiled and nodded. "Oh, Robbie, that's great." Preston said, hugging me. I put the spider down and Preston picked me up. 'Benjy' I mouthed. "No." Preston said. 'Puddle' I mouthed. "No." Preston said, raising his voice a little. 'Please' I mouthed. "Rob, no. You disobeyed me and if you're not gonna listen, I'm not gonna hold back." Preston said. He carried me to my room and set me down on my bed. I picked up Kate and Emerald and pretending that they were playing and talking together. Preston left do something, and I went to find Benjy and Puddle. I went to Preston's room and looked in his closet, and saw Benjy and Puddle up on the highest shelf. Puddle didn't mind heights but Benjy was scared of heights. I reached up but couldn't reach them. "Rob?" I heard Lachlan ask. "What are you doing?" He asked, walking towards me, and I pointed towards Benjy and Puddle. "Well how'd they get up there?" He asked. I knew that if I said Preston put them up there, he wouldn't help, so, I told the best lie I could think of at the moment. 'Matt' I mouthed. "Matt put them up there?" Lachlan asked, and I nodded. Lachlan reached up and grabbed my toys, then gave them to me. "I'll deal with Matt for you." Lachlan said, and I nodded. He walked out of the room and I went to my room and curled up on my bed, hugging my 4 stuffed animals. And soon, I fell asleep.
