Rob's POV

I sat on the couch next to Mitch, waiting for Preston. I had my hoodie on and all of my stuffed packed in my backpack which was right next to me. I heard the doorbell ring. "Come in!" Mitch yelled. Preston walked in and I jumped up to run, but Mitch wrapped his arms around me and carried me to the couch, and Preston hugged me. "I was so worried about you!" Preston said, squeezing me. 'You're not mad' I mouthed. "No, I understand that I was mean, but I do it for your own good." He said. "I love you Rob." He said. "I love you too Preston." I said, surprising myself. It had been so long since I heard my own voice. "Rob, you're talking!" Preston yelled, and hugged me again, and Mitch hugged me too. "Cmon, let's go home Rob." Preston said, putting my backpack over his shoulder and carrying me out to the car. He sat me down in the passenger side with my bag and started driving to the house. When we got home, Preston carried me and my stuff to my room. I unpacked my stuff and put everything back. Then, I heard Preston call me into his room, so I went to his room. "Hey Robbie, come here, sit down." He said, patting the spot on his bed next to him, and I sat down. "Look, Rob, I need to tell you something. I'm moving to Texas and you can't come with me!" Preston blurted out, and my heart dropped. "What?" I asked. "My parents need help in the house, and you can't come with me, I'm sorry, but, I'm breaking up with you." Preston said, and my heart dropped to my stomach, and a tear fell down to my cheek. "Hey, I'm not saying I don't love you, it's just that it's not gonna work out, we're not gonna see each other often, I'm sorry." He said, wiping the tear from my cheek. "Hey, it's gonna be okay, I promise." Preston said, and I hugged him, and he hugged back, and soon, I fell asleep in his arms.
