Present
I was in complete and utter bliss. Sleeping on a cloud wrapped in sunshine. Smooth fingertips ran up and down my back drawing out little sighs. Soon the pressure turned harsher and began to message at my shoulder blades. I could feel myself moan through the cloud of sleep as all the tension was rubbed from my back. Then the fingers disappeared and were replaced with feather-light kisses, ranging from my back to my neck over my chest. Every so often his teeth would peak out and nip at a little piece of skin before his tongue would soothe over it.
"Wakey, wakey little angel." Damon nibbled on the spot just below my ear which always turned my brain to goo. I mumbled a response back. He bit down, I squeked in response and my eyes jolted open. "Be nice and say good morning back."
"Good morning, Damon." I whispered back not wanting to break the peace that shrouded us. I tilted my head to the side so our noses bumped. He smiled up at me and I felt a little piece of my heart crack. "I love this bed." I stretched out relishing in how comfortable it was. My stomach jolted as I remembered last night. The multiple tequila shots Damon had given me while we were in the pool suddenly dawned. I grabbed the sheets and pulled them over my head hiding from my past self.
"And where do you think you're going?" Even muffled through the sheet he sounded sexy. It was unbelievably unfair considering how embarrassing I was last night. "If I have to pull you out from under there it isn't going to be pleasant for you." I knew very well that Damon did not make idle threats so I stood my head up from under the sheet still holding it to my chin.
"How hard would it be to convince you to forget last night?" His grin was feral. I squeked as he lunged and pinned my hands above my head looming above me like some beautiful angel of death.
"Forget how pretty your pussy was spread for me? Fucking impossible." He leaned down and kissed the tip of my nose. I was sure that by now I was bright red. "But I'm up to letting you try to convince me." He moved his leg so his knee was spreading my legs. "Now that you remember last night, don't you have a question for me?" I opened and closed my mouth not knowing what to say. He wanted me to say it out loud. Please Damon give me an orgasm. Um no. So not happening. I shook my head. He did not like that answer. Damon's eyes darkened as he made a show of surveying my body. "No?"
"Nope." I sighed as if I wasn't completely at his mercy. "Now if you will excuse me I have places to be." I attempted to wiggle my way out of his grasp, unsuccessfully. Damon stared down at me amusedly as I wriggled. "You're not excusing me."
"You are right where you belong." He spoke those words so casually. My heart leapt into my throat as I attempted to keep my thoughts straight. "Besides you can't run out on me today because you don't have class." He raised his eyebrows at my shock.
"How did you know that?" He leaned down so his lips ghosted over mine and our breathes became shared.
"I've told you before I know everything about you." He surged forward and connected our lips. I found myself melting into him and relaxing completely. Things with Damon always felt so perfect. I rationalised it in my head once I was older. Told myself that it only felt that way because I was young and naive and believed in soulmates but it still felt the same now. Like we were made for each other.
