Reya wakes up to Mia next to her sleeping softly. Reya's wearing a black sports bra with black basketball shorts. She gets out of the bed quietly as she walks towards the kitchen. She reaches over the top of the refrigerator and grabs a box of Captain Crunch cereal to put it on the counter. She grabs a clear round plastic bowl and pours some cereal in. She puts the cereal box back and grabs the milk out of the refrigerator and fills the bowl. She returns the milk and grabs a spoon out of a drawer while grabbing a pack of cigarettes off the counter as well. She walks out to the balcony and sits on one of the two chairs placed. She downs some cereal and then lights a cigarette. She leans on the balcony and watches the sun rise.

|5:33 am|

Mia wakes up and immediately stretches. She looks over to see an empty space where Reya was laying. She gets out of bed and goes the the bathroom to run the shower. She's wearing an oversized white tee with underclothes underneath. She goes through the living room and sees Reya through the balcony window. She goes over and slides the door open. Reya turns around with a half full pack of cigarettes.
"Good morning beautiful." Reya says while hugging Mia.
"Morning." Mia replies still half awake.
Reya takes another cigarette out of the pack and reaches for her lighter. Mia quickly grabs a baby pink lighter with silver jewelry on it from her bra. Reya turns around and puts the cigarette in her mouth as Mia lights it for her.
"Thank youu my love." Reya laughs as she picks Mia up and carries her inside.
Mia hums in response and puts her arms around her girlfriend's neck. Reya lifts Mia on her waist with on hand while taking her cigarette out with the other. She pecks Mia on the lips and puts the cigarette back in her mouth while walking to the bathroom. She puts Mia down and they both undress to get in the shower. They both step in and wash each other.

"Babe, my ride is here. I'm heading out right now!" Mia says checking her phone while at the door.
"Hol on here I come." Reya yells while running to Mia half dressed in her work uniform. She slides a bit across the floor with her socks. They share a small peck before Mia reaches for the door.
"Nuh uh. Cmere." Reya says while cuffing Mia and kissing her passionately.
"Girl, movee. I got morning classes today. I love you thoo" Mia smiles while pulling away. Reya sucks her teeth in response.
"Whatever. I love you too." She says annoyed. "And call me."
"I will." Mia says walking out the door.
Reya locks it and runs to the balcony to watch Mia get into her Uber. She walks back inside and put on her work uniform for one of her part time jobs at a fast food place. She finishes getting dressed and grabs two more work uniforms from other jobs. She grabs a black backpack and some car keys and heads out the door, locking it behind her.

A/N

This was the first chapter, basically me experimenting my writing skills before the next few chapters. Not much will be revealed until chapter 5 whilst the story will be dragged on for 30 more chapters. Hope I did good so far tho.
