After the two cleaned up the following night, they had fallen asleep together.
Husk felt Angels' breaths tremble, and he woke up. He sat up tiredly, rubbing his eyes and sighing deeply before half consciously looking at Angel. He crawled onto Angel, and buried his head into Angel's chest fluff, and started purring to make Angel calm down. And it worked. He fell back asleep after a while, but was still purring.

In the morning, husk woke up to see Angel gone. He was a little disappointed, but he didn't really think much of it. He thought he must've left early for work, but he wanted to check first. He slowly got out of bed, and slouched over, walking out of the room to see Alastor and Lucifer arguing. His frown layering on his face more, he spoke.

“Can you two please shut the ever loving fuck up, it's too early for this bullshit. People are tryna’ sleep and all your bickering does is give people a migrane.”
He yawned, before walking away.
“Fucking assholes.”

Alastor was about to say something to husk, but decided to let him go considering he was right. Alastor glared back at Lucifer.

Husk looked everywhere for angel. When he didn't find him, then he made his assumption that he went back to work. He went to his stand and began to shine his bottles with cloths. When he finished, he swept his area.
He sighed out of boredom, and sat in his chair behind the counter. He put his hand on his chin, waiting for something entertaining to happen.
He felt empty without angel being there.

‘Not even a good morning note, how thoughtful of him.’
He sighed, yawning as he laid his head down on his counter.
He kicked his feet.
He grumbled again, and turned in his chair. He thought for a moment.
Why did angel leave so early? Was there something he wasn't telling him? Did something happen?
