Chapter 25

Christopher's pov

I woke up the next day feeling pressed. So I got out of bed and quickly used the bathroom. I then unplugged the alarm clock after realizing it was 3 thirty and it was probably gonna ring at 4 waking up Victor which I didn't want. I wanted him to rest as yesterday as a whole was just so stressful for him. I was worried about Victor but at the same time I was happy that he was able to show me his vulnerability and still trust me to take care of him. He never disagreed on anything I did for him instead he was very appreciative and content.I then went back to sleep.

I was later woken up by Victors phone ringing. I quickly answered it before it could wake him up. "hello" I said as I quietly walked out of the room. "hiii ummmmm where is Victor" I quickly realized it was Victors assistant bitch Jina. "he's resting". "well he has a meeting in 2 hours so wake him up and tell him to get ready for the m-" I cut her off before she could finish. "I suggest you cancel that meeting because Victor isn't coming". "what do you mean he isn't coming". "well you see Victor usually wakes up early but today he's sleeping longer than usual because he is sick. Since he came home last night he's been coughing and he also complained about body pains so we called the doctor and they gave him pills which include sleeping medicine"."omg send my get well soon to him... Okay I'll cancel the meetings... I hope he gets better". "okay bye Jina ". "bye chri-". I hung up the phone on her cause her voice was annoying before I quickly checked the time on Victors phone to see that it was 7 .

I then opened his phone to see if he had any important non work related things that he was supposed to do today. After seeing that there was nothing I went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and washed my face before leaving with Victors phone to the kitchen. I didn't want him to miss any calls that may be important so I was determined to answer each one and explain Victors absence. Victor gave me his password so I could open his phone when ever I wanted to . I never even once thought of going through his texts and other personal things because he hasn't given me a reason to not trust him.

I then got started on breakfast and as I was chopping up some fruit for the fruit salad Victor likes his phone rang again. "Victors phone hello". "hey who's this and where's Victor". "ohhh ummmmm it's Chris and he's in his room resting he's not feeling well". "ohhh hey Chris it's good to finally meet you even though it's through the phone... What's wrong with Victor". "wait you know about me?... Also he has a cold". "of course I know about you, Victor talks about you all the time you are literally his pride and joy... Well please tell him to call me when he wakes up okay". "okay and who should I say called". "ohhh umm James". "Okay bye James ". "bye Chris ".

I was blushing so hard after James told me he knew about me. I finish making breakfast before taking it upstairs with a tray. When I got upstairs Victor was in the bathroom so I went back downstairs to get our drinks. When I returned Victor was standing in front of the bed looking at the food I made him. He was standing there in only sweatpants while I wore only the matching hoodie.

"baby you made this for me" he asked while inching closer to me. I then put the drinks I was holding on the bed side table before hugging him. "Yes I did... I wanna make you feel special". "thank you love". I kissed him on the lips before announcing that we should eat.

We sat on the bed and turned on some cartoons which I loved and Victor dimmed childish. We then began eating in the comfort of Victor warm bedroom.

"ohhh umm Jina called to tell you there's a meeting but I told her to cancel it cause you sick". "thanks babe you are such a life saver I wouldn't have been able to deal with any of that today"."Vicky someone named James called to he said you should call him back".I was blushing so hard that Victor started chuckling. "is there anything else he said". "well he said he knew who I was and I am your pride and joy and you always talking about me". "that is true baby I am always talking about you cause you make me so so so so so happy ". He said pulling me closer to him.
