"Daddy is in denial." Yuri whined to her Auntie Yoona as the latter's eyes widened at her words.

"Yuri---where did you learn that?" She asked cautiously. Seungcheol, her dear brother, has come to her many times complaining about how she taught Yuri things she was too young to know. But really, she doesn't even recall doing so.

"Oh! I learned it from you. Auntie was talking on the phone with someone and you said that Uncle Seungcheol is in denial." Yoona sighed. Never mind.

"But baby, your denial is different from mine."

Yuri crossed her arms and shook her head. "No, it's not. Daddy likes Appa and he just won't admit it."

Now, Yoona was shocked. Appa?! As far as she knew Yuri was adopted. Seungcheol was her only father.

"Appa?"

Yuri giggled at her aunties bewildered face. "Appa!" She laughed out and Yoona was partially horrified, but a part of her wanted to see how Seungcheol would react to that.

"And who is this mysterious Appa of yours?" Yoona raised her eyebrow in question. She didn't have too many guesses on who this might be. There was one particular person in mind but as far ass he knew, Yuri had never met him before.

"Mr. Jeonghan! Appa! Mr. Jeonghan is Appa." Yuri smiled and looked off into the distance as she thought of the man she met the other day.

"You met Jeonghan?" Yoona asked curiously. Seungcheol didn't mention anything about meeting his former lover--crush."

"We met at the park. Appa and Daddy were talking. Daddy looked like his eyes were about to fall out of his pockets."

Yoona broke into a fit of laughter. "I see. Shall we go visit your daddy?" Yuri nodded excitedly. Boy was this going to be a show.

"Yes sir, I called the ambassador and he confirmed everything. All we have left is---"

Knock Knock!

Seungcheol looked up from his papers to the door where, his sister and daughter were standing. He smiled before going over to pick up Yuri.

"Hi, Sweetness, what are you doing here?" Seungcheol asked as he eyes his sister who simply giggled.

"Daddy, I want to see Appa."

Huh?!

Seungcheol broke out in a fit of coughs and looked over at Yoona who was silently laughing. He averted his gaze to his assistant who indeed looked a bit hesitant in the situation.

"You can go for now." He waited until the man left the room to properly address the situation. He lowered his gaze back to his daughter and gave her a suspicious look.

"Appa? Yuri, I thought I told you that we shouldn't call random people Appa and Eomma?"

Yuri giggled in response. "But Mr. Jeonghan isn't a stranger. Mr. Jeonghan is my Appa." Seungcheol's eyes widened at his daughters revelation. He looked over to his sister for help but she simply snickered before looking away.

Throwing, a heavy glare at his sibling, Seungcheol sighed. "Sweetness, where did you get the idea that Jeonghan is your father?"

"Daddy loves Mr. Jeonghan so Mr. Jeonghan is my Appa."

"Yuri, Mr. Jeonghan is not your Appa understand?" Seungcheol firmly stated making his daughter whine. "But--"

"No buts. This is the last I will hear of this...yes?" Yuri struggled to get out of her fathers arms and ran over to hug her auntie's leg. "No."

Seungcheol sighed and ran a hand over his head. Sometimes, he forgets how hard it is having kids. Yuri is a--gorgeously well behaved child but she's then again--a child so somethings are just hard to get through.

"Sweetness, I know---"

"Auntie~ I wanna go!!" Yuri wailed as she dragged Yoona out of the room by her leg. Seungcheol's sister shot him a look before swiftly picking the child up and leaving.

"Jesus fucking Christ." Seungcheol took a seat as his assistant entered the room once again.

"Keep the report going Jen."

Jen nodded. "As you wish sir."
