"Trust me Tommy Ally a lot nicer than she seems...Sucks that Kojo can't come with us on this ride but he gets to live out his retirement huh bud." Buck says leaning down petting Kojo his military dog he couldn't take him to LA which broke his heart but he knew he'd be more than happy and healthy with Mat and Ally. "Yes stubborn like you Sto." Buck chuckles hugging her tightly with the biggest smile. 

"This is my family...well I guess w-what's left of my family." Buck says the last part awkwardly putting his head down looking at the dog when the twins come running out who just turned 10. "Stoney!" 

"My two favorite girls!" He says opening up his arms kissing their head very happy he's getting to hug his girls before this mission like he always did. "Really think I'd let you skip out on this step of your checklist Stone, that's bad luck we leave tomorrow." 

"Should have figured but don't they have school?" Buck asks tickling them making them laugh Alf who has a hand on Buck's shoulder. "Mommy let us stay home, she said that she had to make sure our brother had his good luck charms so he remembers to come back home to us." Buck chuckles hugging them tightly. 

"So care to tell me who this is?" Buck turns bright red rubbing the back of his neck, he knows none of them care as he's had one boyfriend before this he turned out to be abusive and hasn't been seen since he came home with a choke mark and a black eye coming home one day tears streaming down his face. 

"He's not like Doug is he...because I swear to god Evan some one ever lays a finger on you like Doug did that night I will be the one to make him disappear." She says Alf and Stick covering the twins ears as they were not born. "NO MA I swear he is nothing like him, I promise and if he was I'd leave him the first time never let it get as bad as it did. Never show up like that again." Tommy is now extremely confused.

"Before your accepted into this family you have to swear anything you hear is never repeated." Stick says crossing his arms staring at Tommy. "Uh no I won't repeat anything but who's Doug."

"Kids go inside do your home work and clean your room." Mat says petting through their curls waiting till their inside. "Lets just say he not around to lay another finger on Stone."

Buck was sleeping at his fiancée Doug place as he moved in on his 18th birthday four months ago things haven't been great with him applying to medical school so he's been extremely stressed. So when Buck got home late after an op with his team he did his best to stay quite not daring to wake him up.

When he had taken his bag off to see Doug awake still his heart dropped knowing he is in deep shit. "Where the fuck have you been Evan you said you were going to be back early, not at five in the morning." Buck is very strong, don't get it wrong it's just when it comes to the people he loves he doesn't have the heart to hurt them. "I...uh we spun up last minute I got back as soon as I could Doug I swear!" 

Buck says as Doug glares at him shaking his head and standing up when Buck knows what's about to happen seeing the whiskey his heart sinks even further. "Or were you out fucking some random person using your job as an excuse?" Buck raises his brows shocked that he would even say that to him. "W-What?" He asks softly seeing the rage flood his eyes.

"What or was that Ally person telling you to leave me again huh!...saying that I wasn't good enough for you!" He says throwing Buck into the wall making him cough gasping for air when he gets picked up held against the wall. His hand grips Buck throat his eye starting to swell from the elbow that hit him in it. "Maybe I should go down there tell that bitch to mind her fucking businesses! Go and beat her pretty little ass hear her cry." Something in Buck snaps he hits Doug in the arm freeing his throat and punching Doug once more knocking him out as tears are streaming down his cheeks.
