"Did I do the right thing? Tama ba na nagtapat pa ako?" Justin asked himself. It's already Sunday, and he hasn't moved on from what happened last Friday night.

He's still at Josh's house. In fact, since he arrived there last Friday, he hasn't gotten out and talked to anyone, not even his parents and his Kuya Yani.

He's currently in Josh's living room - lying on the sofa and blankly staring at the ceiling.

"I think you did, tito."

"Pichi, wala na akong maiiyak, stop pulling out the tissues." Justin told Pichi.

Pichi stared at Justin with her big round eyes. Justin stared back to tell Pichi he was serious about what he had just told her. Pichi blinked once and said, "Okay," with a smile.

"You did the right thing, tito. Dad always tells me that we should always be honest when it comes to our feelings." He heard Pichi say.

"Is it okay to be honest even if it means it could hurt me or other people?" He couldn't help but ask.

Silence. He knew Pichi would no longer be able to answer such a complex question.

"Yeah. At least you've been honest. Wouldn't it be more hurtful if you'll only be honest later on?"

Justin let out a sigh when he saw Pichi busy with the tissue.

"Pichi's right." Justin heard some said. It's Josh, Pichi's father.

"Daddy, what's for breakfast?" Pichi asked.

Sunday is usually a family day for Josh and Pichi. This means Josh will cook breakfast that Pichi requested, and then they will go out and do activities, depending on what Pichi wants to do. Even in his busy schedule as a doctor, Josh always makes it a point to spend at least a whole day with his daughter in a week.

"Hmm, I think we should eat out today to cheer up tito Jah. What do you think?"

"I think that's fine. But where are we eating? I want some waffles, dad."

"How about we visit tito Carl, tito RJ, tito Japs and tito Chael today?" Josh suggested. He's referring to the owners of the café, Juan's, which is just a block away from their house.

"Sige na, get ready. We'll leave at 9." Utos ni Josh sa anak.
