Chapter. 13 ~

That night, Zach got a call from Bobby. A news-breaking thing was heard by Zach so, he obviously called Noah and also told him the news. Thanks to them knowing the good news, Noah immediately called Eliza and talked with her for a while. So, they became close friends again and Noah and Zach too.

Next day, they went to school as normal.

Noah: "Hey, my birthday is coming soon"

Eliza: "So.....?"

Noah: "Huh... out of all the words, why 'so'?"

Eliza: "Don't expect me to celebrate your birthday when no one's even helped me with my studies"

Zach: "Didn't I helped you already?"

Eliza: "But your handwriting is so ugly!"

Noah: "Wait, when did you even helped her, Zach? I didn't know you two got so close that you didn't even asked me for help"

Eliza: "Why would I need to tell my BFF that I need help? Besides, Zach was kind          enough to help me unlike someone like Bobby"

Bobby: "WHAT! I took you home last night"

Eliza: "That's not help"

Noah: "..........Okay if you guys don't want to come, just don't"

Eliza & Bobby: "WHAT NO, PLEASE FORGIVE USSSS"

Zach: "When's even your birthday, Noah?"

Noah: "September tenth, you are invited but I don't know about those two~"

Eliza & Bobby: "WE ARE SO SORRY FOR FIGHTING! PLEASE INVITE US!"

Noah: "Fine, Fine"

And so, one day before Noah's birthday, a sudden phone call reached Eliza. It was Zach. As Eliza was surprised by his call, Zach asked if she know what Noah likes. To his surprise, Eliza said that she thinks Noah likes Zach.

Zach: "........."

Eliza: "Just kidding, bro.."

Zach: "If you don't know, I will ask Bobby"

Eliza: "Wait.. wait I will tell you, okay?"

Zach: "... I don't trust you anymore"

Eliza: "This time, I'm gonna be honest. Noah actually likes..... Stuffed animals and when he wasn't on good terms with you, he'd punch the stuffed animals as if they were you"

Zach: ".... I see...."

On Noah's birthday, at Noah's house:

Zach: "Where's Noah, Eliza?"

Eliza: "I think he's in his room"

Zach: "Huh? Okay"

As Zach looked around the house to find Noah's room, he found himself in a room full of a fresh lemon smell. Zach immediately knew it was Noah's room because Noah also has the same scent.

Zach: "Noah...?"

Noah: "Oh Zach..."

Zach: "Oh here is your present"

Noah: "Thanks Zach, can you please put it on my desk?"

Zach: "I didn't trust Eliza when she told me that you liked stuffed animals but now I believe her"

Noah blushed while Zach was chuckling. Zach handed the present to Noah instead of putting it on the desk Noah pointed at. Curious, Noah opened it early to find that there was a stuffed chibi doll which looked like Zach. Looking at Noah's confused face, Zach told him that he got him the present because Eliza also told him that he once punched a stuffed animal thinking it was him. Hearing that, Noah blushed again with Zach laughing harder.
