Happy-go-lucky, that was me.
My life was once full of glee.
I wasn't really looking for love that time,
But your voice allured me like a chime.

You enticed me with your pure heart.
Of all the jerks, you are the rare part.
But I can't just tell you I've already fallen,
you might just want to see my heart broken.

I don't want to regret the words I said to
you.
That I'll never fall to someone,
especially like you.
But I think I'll just eat those words I uttered.
Whatever I said, now, it doesn't matter.

I didn't expect that someone like you would come.
You proved to me that I was wrong.
