The sound of the motorcycle revving down the Los Angeles highway has Jungkook feeling the thrill of operating the machinery during the day. He was the type of person who was into the fast life dealing with cars, money, etc. It brought a thrill to his life when he was not going on missions for the organization where he was slaughtering creatures with Yoongi. He missed that short stoic man but needed a break from that everyday life, so being in Los Angeles for some time seemed like a good vacation.
The wind whips through his hair fiercely with the hot summer sun beaming on his torso Jungkook presses down on the gas to maneuver through vehicles. He did not care if he received a few blaring horns or curses from drivers because he did not have a care in the world. It was many things he did not care for but only a few, his main care in his world was his baby Jimin and that was the only person he worried about.
Jungkook and Jimin were a couple some enjoyed while many envied because it did not make sense. For as long as they have been walking planet Earth, many have tried to understand how Jeon Jungkook could mate with someone who was once human and did not come from a strong lineage. Some knew of Jimin's past, a past Jungkook did not care for anymore and buried a long time ago.
The vampire knew who he wanted to be with for the rest of his life and that was the one he approached at a dire time in their life. The blonde did not deem himself worthy of life anymore until Jungkook, without having to glamorize him, convinced Jimin that he could take back his life with help. It took a long time but Jimin decided right then and there that he wanted his life back and Jungkook gave him that option but there was a risk that was taken.
Onward now, Jungkook was headed for a small luncheon meeting with an old friend he had not seen for quite some time. A friend that was the same species as him, but he wanted to live a different lifestyle in a way that Jungkook could not ever understand. It was strange for him to understand but respect him since it had kept this old friend alive for many years.
The arrival at the restaurant did not take long since his friend mentioned they would meet at a popular establishment according to those who could afford it. It was typical for Jungkook to know his friend would choose the place but the vampire just needed the time and he'd be there on time.
