Kenma reaction was hilarious. He couldn't help but cringe at the "yes/yes" options, but he couldn't contain his smile either because he found your drawing incredibly cute. The letter was filled with adorable doodles of him, a game console, a cat, and a volleyball surrounded by stars. However, he didn't answer it until three days later.
(You literally kept coming to see the letter at his classroom during their after-school practice lol)
Finally when you discovered the letter again, he coloured both of the option "yes/yes" with green highlighter and even wrote on the back that he's interested to get to know you too.
