After waiting for Celine and having the management team explain what she had to do, the private jet finally took off towards its destination, Norway.
In the distance, in the main cabin, it was evident that the couple on board wasn't having a good time; in fact, they were arguing. The players could only see the hand movements being made, but they couldn't hear the discussion entirely.
"Why are you so angry with me?" Celine asked, confused. "You were the one who called me!"
"Because I don't want distractions!" Hervé replied. "You're here just like any other employee."
Celine was regretting accepting and helping her partner. She didn't understand why he had to speak to her that way when she had already understood from the first time that she was here to fill in for someone.
"We're not going to share a room," Hervé said seriously. "Good Lord, all of this is the fault of my incompetent assistant."
Celine sighed, as if she were dying to share a room with him. All these days, she had been questioning why she was still in this relationship, and every time she talked about it with her parents, they reacted with fear and tried to calm her down by saying that all problems have a solution and she shouldn't end things with Hervé. She found her parents' stance a bit strange, but even stranger was that she kept asking her parents for advice, as if she didn't know them.
"The blame lies with the incompetent person who hires an incompetent assistant," Celine said angrily, leaving Hervé in the main cabin. She would sit at the back of the jet where she had already located an empty seat.
She walked down the aisle of the jet, hoping no one had noticed the argument or her teary eyes. On the right side, she caught sight of the reason she had accepted to substitute for the community manager, Élisa de Almeida, who looked concerned, but Celine didn't get a chance to say anything as she hurried past and sat alone.
The defender felt a lot of pity for Celine and anger towards Hervé, as if it weren't a privilege to have her with him.
"You should go with her," Sakina said, who was sitting next to Élisa.
Élisa quickly shook her head, having no intention of going.
"You're the only one who already gets along with her," Sakina said, giving her a nudge on the shoulder. "Go."
Élisa didn't want to admit that if she went and saw Celine sad, her heart would ache, and she would fill with an inexplicable anger towards her coach. In other words, if Élisa went, she felt that she would gradually develop feelings for her, and that was something she would avoid at all costs, but only the universe knows the tremendous desire she has to go and hug her.
Élisa sighed towards her companion and began to stand up to go to Celine, but she instantly stopped when she saw that someone else had beaten her to it, Pauline Peyraud, the goalkeeper. The defender and Celine managed to exchange glances, but Élisa was the one who broke the eye contact, sitting back down.
