Welcome to my book about platonic love—a profound bond we share with friends, family, and distant relatives, distinct from romantic relationships. This book weaves together real-life moments and my imagination to share a personal story.

It all began when I found a true friend after many years. Our friendship was everything to me, filled with shared memories, heartfelt talks, and promises. But things changed, leaving me heartbroken.

For me, those moments were precious, shaping my school years with meaning and friendship. However, for her, they were just casual conversations, like those of a child.

This book delves into the bittersweet journey of friendship, love, and loss, inviting you to reflect on the complexities of human connections.

However, amidst these fond recollections lies a poignant truth—I often find myself questioning if Max believes in our friendship as deeply as I do. The uncertainty and emotional turmoil that accompany this realisation are palpable, leaving me with a bittersweet longing.

Despite the challenges and doubts, the moments we've shared continue to resonate within me, shaping my understanding of love, loss, and the complexities of human relationships. Through "Toto and Max," I aim to delve into the intricacies of platonic love, exploring the nuances of belief, trust, and emotional resilience.

Note By Author,

As for my first novel, please don't expect anything mind-blowing or extraordinary from me. It revolves around an ordinary guy, who finds a nice friend but loses her and I hope readers will gain insights into the basics of manipulation through the story. My writing style draws inspiration from Stephen Chbosky's "The Perks of Being a Wallflower." I wrote this novel in a week due to a surge of emotions for the story. Completing it quickly helped me avoid daily emotional turmoil.
