The two hosts sit in their living room in the lobby, their combined silence poisoning the entire room agonisingly painfully as the heartbreaking tension fills the air so much that one could choke on it.

Nene's too afraid to speak up to her elder, but soon enough all her true feelings come out in a word vomit of sorts, Kiko is, realistically, startled at first but begins listening to her. Once Nene's little rant is finished, they chimed in.

"I see. I can try to take action, but it may take a while. But in the meantime... why don't we make things a little more fun?"

Kiko looks back at her with a malicious smile, one that Nene has barely, or never, seen from Kiko before. It's almost intimidating.

"Yeah! Yeah! I love fun things~! What fun things are we doing?" Nene replies, bouncing a bit cheerfully; back full of life again.

"You'll see, soon enough." Kiko chuckles, looking out of the lobby window into the darkness of the maze below.

Back in the maze, a new conversation arises between two we haven't explored yet; Kumo and Mimic

Back in the maze, a new conversation arises between two we haven't explored yet; Kumo and Mimic.

"So.. Why do you hide your face? The burn mark surely isn't that gnarly." Kumo tilts her head, curious as to why Mimic doesn't show her face.

"I'm not beautiful anymore. That's why."

Mim's hushed, ghostly voice plagues Kumo's eardrums, making her skin crawl a slight bit. She shakes it off though and speaks, catching her words for a second.

"Mm, I see.. wait, I see something over there, look, come on."

Kumo walks off to go investigate, Mimic narrowly stalking behind the arachnid.

They come across what seems like a table with teacups, a teapot and a very old, baby blue theme. the area is empty though. Nobody in sight; they decide to wait there though, just for the time being. Waiting. Waiting for someone, who is currently a little busy.

Our perspective changes, to Shidou and Meisei, since they've found one of the many doors in the maze, which lead them to a sort of mirror room, where they distort when they look at their reflections. Shidou is just messing around with it and having fun.

"Ooooh~, this is so cool! I wonder if theres more of these places! And this place has the colour scheme of the angel girl; the aesthetic is on point."

"I agree, that young lady is quite fashionable. And this room shows it." Meisei nods, looking at his reflection and fixing his hair.

Shidou continues to admire the room, noticing the reflections get more and more disturbing... like, one looks like he's intensely bleeding.

"This one makes me look like I'm about to die from blood loss... Perhaps this place is made from Nene's fears? It makes sense... But why mirrors?"
