Cliff's P.O.V

"Okay.....Lars you ready dude?" Jency reluctantly asked as she shuffled the cards for the last time.

"Yeah let's do this" Lars got up to take my place on the sofa.

So I got up to go upstairs and grabbed my weed stash then went back downstairs and leaned against the wall with a joint in hand.

" Alright pick a card in a card" Jency lend it back against the sofa.

So Lars pulled two cards at a time like the rest of us.

"Death again first of all, No, you are not going to die that's just a common misconception of the Death card. Death indicates the end of an aspect of your life, which can range from a job to a relationship. Death must occur for you to have a new beginning, shifting you forward into a transition period of rebirth and renewal. The cycle of death is quite natural and can be seen in nature transforming throughout the different seasons. Like nature, you are also going through a transformation that will be of great significance. Change is coming, sweeping the past to the side so that you can embrace the opportunities of the future. "Well I could use a joint about now, You wouldn't happen to have any extras you Cliff?".

I was about to hand her a joint when Lars held up his hand.

" No don't you focking dare give her that joint" Lars turned to her.  " Spill it, Did rig this shit?".

"Nope the cards don't lie Lars but, I will tell you this, it seems to me that, You and Kirk are meant to be and I guess that goes for Cliff and James as well. but, I don't think it's written in the stars or anything, I suggest giving it time and see where things play out".

The four of us looked at each other which was followed by an awkward silence, which I broke by saying.

"Yeah.... here you go, Do you need a lighter?" I handed Jency the joint.

" Nah I got one but thanks though" She put it in between her teeth before grabbing a lighter from her pocket and lit it.

"So, What do we do?".

" It's all up to you guys".

" I mean she's right though maybe just sleep on it you know since we're all under the influence of one thing or another" Casey took a swig of his beer.

" I might be stoned right now but, I'm with Casey on this it may just a coincidence I rather wait and see goes" I excelled and slid down the wall.

" I just think this is all bullshit" James shrugged as he brought the beer bottle to his lips.
