I was standing speechless as I saw Travis walk out of my house, closing the door behind him *ring --ring* 'Mom🤍' "Mom, what's going on in here ? "Torquise squeals in frustration "Is Travis Teal in your home right now ?" Asks Rosie "He just left,"says Torquise "Is that all true ? About Stark ?"asks Torquise "Yes , the Stark you saw is not the real face of him . Maybe I even dreamed of having a future with him, " says Torquise "He isn't the one, sweetheart," says Rosie "I feel like a fool mom, " says Torquise as her sight is blurred by tears "We are sorry, dear, but things do happen," says Rosie "Yeah..." Torquise sighs "And...Torquise...." Rosie pauses as she is uncertain of Torquise's reaction to the following news she is gonna tell her "And what Mom?"asks Torquise "You are getting married to Travis Teal," says Rosie "Mom, don't I even get the liberty to grieve something that just happened in my life?" says Torquise "Don't I have the liberty to choose whether to get married or not , or to choose my better half ?" asks Torquise "Torquise, you have all the liberty to choose your better half, but I know if I ain't gonna do this, you are not getting married at all ," says Rosie "Travis is a good man, Torquise ", Says Rosie "You said the same for Stark Mom," Torquise squeals "I accept my mistake in that case, and I genuinely apologize for saying that , but I know Travis is not Stark ," says Rosie "Mom, please ," Torquise squeals "Okay, I'll agree , you choose , but can you get married in 3 months if you choose ?" Asks Rosie "3 months , who will be okay with that Mom,be realistic for once," says Torquise "You can't make it right ,then marry Travis, " says Rosie "Yeah, Mom, I get it. You are making a deal out of me, isn't it ?" Torquise shouts "No!!!....Torquise that's not it, " Rosie panicks "Okay, Mom, I'll marry whomever you are saying.....just leave me alone for some time ," says Torquise "Torquise, wait, listen to me....." says Rosie "Just leave me alone for now, Mom.....I don't wanna know or hear anything, Mom......I'm hanging up ," Torquise shouts "Okay, call me after some time, sweetheart ," says Rosie "Okay," says Torquise as she hung up the call I never asked for anything anyway Why should I get married to whoever this guy is ? I hate this.... Torquise thinks to herself She picks up the phone to contact Elena but pauses and decides not to She scrolls to see 'Stark ♥️' in her contact "Bs," Torquise screams *ring--ring---ring * -'Unknown caller'- Torquise leaves the call unanswered *ring---ring---ring* Torquise's phone rings again -'Unknown caller'- Torquise picks up the call and doesn't utter a word "Torquise...." a said a voice Torquise doubts it to be Travis "I'm Travis," "I'm not interested in this wedding, Travis," says Torquise "You don't like me ?" asks Travis "I don't know you and what your intentions are, and at this point in my life, I can't trust you or any men , Travis ," says Torquise "Anyway, you don't like me. You are doing this for your business, isn't it ?" Asks Torquise "Torquise....I wanna tell you countless things, but also I know that this isn't the right time .Anything I say is gonna annoy you again, " says Travis "But one thing for sure, I'm not gonna give you up . This wedding is happening," says Travis "You don't understand...." says Torquise, and Travis interrupts "No, Torquise, it's you who doesn't understand, I understand this is a mess right now, but we'll figure this out..." says Travis "I'm hanging up right now," says Travis as he hung up the call Later that evening....... Torquise went to the Church.... She kneels down and prays "Oh Lord!!!I don't know what's going on in my life, and I don't have any control of whatsoever is happening in my life right now , I always believe every redirection of yours is a blessing,but this I just can't accept this Lord , Please give me strength to hold on " "If this wedding happens, I'll take it as a sign that Travis is the one you had for me , but if he isn't, just show me his real face, and hidden agendas Lord "
