Few weeks back....
"Travis, are you aware that Torquise is dating ?" Asks Nevan
"Torquise is dating?, nice joke, brother." Travis chuckles
"Jokes on you, Travis," says Nevan as he hands over his phone to Travis
Travis life flashed in front of him as he was confused and not sure what's that he missed, and he said, "Beats me."
"Damnn....not him out of everyone in this world," Travis screams in frustration
"How come you know, brother ?" Asks Travis
"I went there with Sylvia,"says Nevan
"Sylvia?????" Asks Travis in a confused manner
"She is my new date," says Nevan
"Seriously, what all am I missing on?" says Travis
"Forget that , She is dating Stark Andrews," says Nevan
"Since when is all this happening, brother?" asks Travis
"You think I'm her spy or what ?" Nevan frowns
"Exactly how would you know ?" Says Travis
"Does she really like Stark?" Asks Travis as he looks at the picture of Torquise and Stark having a big laugh
"Stark is always the one in dating controversies," says Travis
"I don't think Stark is serious ,I should stop this . " says Travis
"How will you do that ? , what if Stark is serious with her ?, what if Torquise loves Stark?" Says Nevan
Travis turns to Nevan, giving him the look of betrayal
Nevan looks at him as he flashes his eyebrow
"Travis, don't get me wrong ,I would have told you the minute I saw them dating,but just think, why didn't I do that ?" Asks Nevan
"Yeah, why?" Travis frowns
"You see that lol moment they were having,I think that was genuine," says Nevan
"That's some bs brother ," Travis squeals in frustration
"Travis, I get it. You like her, and you would do anything for her .If there is someone who knows how much you like her, it's me, bro,but listen, you can't jump into conclusions right away in this matter, bro , because this isn't only about Stark or you " says Nevan
"What will you tell her ? He is someone so and so .....and what if she is a person who doesn't care about the past, she will surely get you wrong, " says Nevan
"I haven't seen or heard anything about Stark recently, and he isn't cheating right now, too. That's why I was saying to calm down," says Nevan
"But I like her ," says Travis
"You should have hurried then ," says Nevan
"What should I do now then ?" Asks Travis
"Either you go to her confess your feelings and let her decide or just check on Stark if he is cheating or genuine," says Nevan
"What if Stark is genuine?" Asks Travis
"Then just confess your feelings and let her decide if she chose you the You got lucky. If not, then it's best to let her go, man ."says Nevan
The Teal Brothers arraive at the event
"Okay, set those things aside for now. We are here for the meeting, " says Nevan
"Remember the plan we discussed about our new product ," Asks Nevan patting Travis' shoulder
"Yep, we got this," says Travis
As they enter the firm, Travis sees Torquise heading out of the building in a hurry
He took a double take to see her brother looking at him
Travis kept walking forward, unbothered to the meeting
"Simon, hurry .I'm already late to for the date," says Torquise
Torquise sees Simon looking somewhere else
"Simon, please , Stark's waiting .What are you looking at?" asks Torquise
She turns to the direction of Simon's gaze and sees the blue and black suit guys who she saw weeks back at the hotel while on a meet-up with Elena
The blue suit guy Torquise thinks to herself
As Torquise gets in the car, she gets her mind lingering on thoughts of what the two guys are doing in Viol
"Teal Brothers are my inspiration," says Simon
"Mmmhmmm," says Torquise
"They both walk with power .Did you see that ?" Asks Simon
"See who ?" asks Torquise
"Those two people who walked by when you were telling me to hurry," says Simon
"They are the Teal Brothers?!! As in our business partnership with Teal groups ?" asks Torquise
"Yes, come on, Torquise, you don't know them ?" asks Simon in an annoyed tone
"No, I just know about our partnership, but I didn't know they were the Teal Brothers ." Says Torquise pouting
"You know, sometime I wish you would have been a business woman so that we could be like the Teal Brothers in business ." Says Simon
"You know, even I wish you were in the medical field, so I have someone's partnership," says Torquise
Simon's turns to see Torquise shrugging her shoulders asking "what ?" 🤷🏻‍♀️
Simon nods his head . Saying nothing
Later that night
Travis took out his phone to slide in Torquise's dm in Insta, but he felt some kind of resistance and ended up not texting her
He opens her display profile pic and stares at her hopelessly
On the other side, Torquise searches Teal and finds out who is who among the Teal Brothers
'Travis and Nevan ' Torquise reads to herself
Torquise opens insta finds Travis Teals' profile
She stalks his profile and a random thought of why she is doing all this? hits her mind
Torquise clears her search history and goes back to sleep
Travis clicks the message on Torquise's profile and types "Hello "
And deletes it
He puts down his phone and goes to sleep, planning to talk to her in person and confess his feelings
