MILANA's POV

"Actually, the reason why I wanted to talk to you is because..

I need to confess something."

Confess something?

When Bella said that she needed to confess something, I started to get nervous.

Is it something bad? What will she confess?

"Uh okay, go on..", I replied, anticipating at what she had to say.

"So, do you remember my ex? Carlos Sainz?", Bella said.

"What about him? Is he stalking you? Are you guys back together?", my muscle tensed.

"No no, I just wanted to be honest about the truthful reason of why we broke up.", Bella looked at me with sincere eyes.

When Bella and her ex, Carlos broke up, she talked to me about what happened.

She told me that she and Carlos just weren't meant to be together.

Things didn't work out for them which is what she said.

But, what "truthful reason" is she talking about?

"I thought you guys just didn't click? That's the reason why you and Carlos broke up.", I told her, confused.

"Well, I wasn't entirely honest since I thought it was just for the best.", She stated while playing with the fabric of her dress.

"So, what is the truth?", I asked her.

"When I got home from my trip in Arizona, I saw him at a bar while I was on my way to meet a friend.", Bella explained as she started tearing up.

"I recognized his face through the window and saw him.. kissing another girl.", Bella sobbed.

I immediately grabbed her and started hugging her.

I ran my hand on her back, trying to comfort her.

I didn't know that Carlos had done that to her.

Carlos and I never met since I was in Los Angeles for a year while they were dating and I never really flew to meet Bella.

"That's a really horrible thing for him to do. Are you at least feeling better now?", I said in a comforting tone.

"Surely I have been feeling better than I had when I caught him cheating on me.", She proceeded to wipe her tears.

"And, that is why I want to make him experience what he made me feel."

"I want to break his heart."

3RD PERSON POV

A small gasp came out of Milana's mouth showing how she was shocked at what Bella had said.

"Yes, you heard me right. I want to break Carlos Sainz's heart.", Bella's eyes was filled with rage.

"Are you sure about this, Bel? I mean how are you going to do that?", Milana felt a lot of mixed emotions.

"That is why I came up with a plan.", Bella slightly smirked.

Milana felt pity for Bella. She got cheated on with a different woman.

Bella talked to Milana about how great Carlos was when they first got together.

She was truly in love and Carlos just shattered Bella's heart by kissing another woman.

Milana started to think about how Bella has a plan to break Carlos Sainz's heart.

She felt like it wasn't really a bad idea.

Revenge is something that had to be done to Carlos.

"So, what's your plan?", Milana showed her curiosity about Bella's idea.

Bella looked at the cup of coffee sitting in front of her.

She grabbed the cup and took a sip before speaking, "What if you try to break Carlos Sainz's heart?"

Milana's eyes widened at Bella's words.

"Me? Break Carlos Sainz's heart?", Milana laughed.

"You think I can possibly break his heart?", Milana huffed out a breath.

"That's why I have a plan for this. Please, do this for me.", Bella's eyes softened.

Milana felt a rush of guilt in her heart.

She knew that she had to help her best friend.

And, playing with Carlos' heart seemed fun after what he did to Bella.

"Okay, fine. I'll do it. But, you need to tell me how you are planning we'd do this.", Milana agreed.

Bella felt pleased as she heard Milana agree to break Carlos' heart.

But, little did Milana know that Bella's story was the opposite all along. 

Bella was the one who cheated on Carlos, she just didn't want to say that.

She had been chasing Carlos for a long time after he found out that Bella cheated on him.

Bella begged of a second chance although Carlos didn't bother to give her one.

Bella wanted Carlos back so bad but he didn't want her which drove her mad causing her to hate him.

That's why she wanted to break his heart.

But, Milana didn't have to know that.

All Milana knew is that she will be causing a heartbreak soon.
