"Baby, get up." Mylachi shook Xion who groaned. It was the morning of Layton's funeral and Xion was jet-lagged like crazy. As soon as they landed yesterday, Mylachi was on the run and only slept when she got in last night while Xion took Milo and Honey home, did a house call then slept in.
"What time is it?"
"Seven thirty nine." She told him, before getting off the bed. Xion grabbed his phone off the wireless charger and checked it while Mylachi set them up a shower. After checking the temperature, she got into the shower alone until Xion made his presence known.
"I'm tired as hell," he grunted, grabbing his rag.
"Me too." She yawned, as she began to bend down to wash her legs and feet. "Milo is up already and he fed and going to walk Honey."
"Why the fuck we got her and he take over?"
"I think she keeps him under-stimulated. . You know he likes having a routine."
"That makes sense." He quipped, making her chuckle tiredly, and stood into the water to rinse her body off.
"Can you pass my sugar scrub baby?" She pointed behind her shoulder and he looked to the side to grab it and give it to her. "Thank you."
"Mhm."
Mylachi scrubbed her body down while Xion stepped around her to get under the water. He turned around so his body could face her and she looked up at him.
"Are you making breakfast?"
"Was gonna get something to eat if you guys wanted. Get some fresh air or something."
"We can do that." Xion nodded, "I think we can all use that. . Tavon said he saw him, and it was hard even for him to swallow."
