S Y N O P S I S
HARPER HAS NEVER known what it's like to be truly loved by anyone other than Selene. Her whole life was pieced up of hate and violence, glued firmly together with the empty promises that that was the only way to live. Harper was never really sure if she had ever lived or was just merely surviving. Since, by majority of people in her pack and especially her alpha she was seen as a nothing more than a powerful weapon. Destructive. Powerful. Violent. Things are different now though. She escaped with Selene by her side meaning she had to find herself outside of everyone's assumptions. She had to try and truly live.
SELENE ACCEPTED WHAT she was and couldn't imagine living life another way, because quite frankly, she hadn't. Even her earliest memories are of her learning about her unique abilities as a werewolf. That's why when her alpha brought in a child no older than a three years old and voiced his suspicions about her being a siren, Selene swore that she would do everything she could to protect Harper and one day try show her a life outside the horrible pack neither of them had a choice to be apart off, and that's exactly what she did.

I try to make my characters as realistic as possible, both Harper and Selene will make decisions that you may not agree with but nobody is perfect, if that sounds like something you don't want to read that's absolutely fine.
The final thing is, that I've done my research on sirens and their mythology. Obviously things like their abilities and how they came to be differed story to story, but I have adapted their mythology into what fits best into my story and the Teen wolf universe. (Did y'all know sirens are actually originally depicted as bird like creatures? Because I didn't!!!!)
