His time on earth softened him up a bit, but he's still stoic and relatively hard to read when it comes to his emotions, but he shows a high level of patience and can be kind when he needs to be, but ruthless all the same.

Skills

Fighting Prowess - In secret he had taught himself to fight by copying movements from other gems, improving upon these movements to make his own variant of the Pressure Point fighting style.

Advanced Agility - He's capable of traversing through different types of environments with ease at breakneck speeds, along with being able to weave around obstacles with little to no difficulty.

Magic Mastery - On top of mastering his physical and ice related abilities to their maximum potential (as far as he knows), he's also able to use a minor form of light manipulation in order to disrupt the physical form of other gems with his fighting style.

Pin Point Accuracy - He's capable of striking various objects and his targets' weak points no matter what range he's at, whether it's at close range or out so far to the point where he could barely be seen.

Firearms Mastery - With no weapon of his own Samuel used his newfound freedom to construct one he felt would work best with his abilities, from there he spent months learning the ins and outs of other weapons similar in design in order to use it to its full potential.

Abilities

Gem Physiology: He possesses a higher physical prowess which can be increased with enough training. His build is mainly focused on speed with all five of his senses being the highest among the gems.

7th Sense: His variant of "Future Vision" where he's capable of accurately predicting future events, not probable futures or different timelines, being able to see 10 seconds ahead at the least and a month at most. Though he can't control its activation as it tends to go off at random, hence the blindfold.

Weapon Summoning: He can manifest a weapon from his gem to use in battle; though he had to design one of his own as sapphires weren't created for combat. He's capable of slightly altering the ammunition of the weapon before summoning it.

Cryokinesis: The ability to create and control ice to his will, shaping it into whatever he wants and creating constructs as well; along with being able to somewhat manipulate the consistency of said ice in order to catch his opponents off guard.

Frigokinesis: The ability to shape, manifest, and control snow to the user's will, going as far as being able to briefly manipulate the weather within a 20 meter range in order to create a snow storm.

Tools/Weapons

Frost Rifle: A weapon of his own design that was inspired by the Gewehr 43 sniper rifle, but heavily modified using gem technology; its ammunition mainly consists of rounds made from heavily compressed and magic infused ice that can either pierce or explode

Backstory Summary (Rough and Needs Revision)

He was one of Homeworld's rarest sapphires who didn't need any type of protection, his time on homeworld has made him strong, ruthless, and unable to show any kind of mercy. He always stayed by the sapphires because he would occasionally be ordered to have a Jasper or Ruby at his side when going on a very difficult mission to collect humans around the area of beach city, although he wanted to do the mission alone he couldn't afford losing another innocent gem nor disobey the diamonds at the risk of being shattered.

One night when on a long mission he stared up into the starry sky with multiple things going through his head such as "Why do we need humans?", "What is the purpose of coming to this dying planet?", and "Why do the diamonds treat me like a defenseless gem?!" But soon those thoughts were interrupted by a half breed gem with blue hair who had come across him randomly, seeming to be on a journey of his own and even challenged him to a fight, which he accepted as a way to distract himself. After a bit of fighting the half-breed convinced Samuel to continue reflecting on his thoughts and ask himself if he believes he's doing the right thing, before leaving the sapphire to reflect by himself.

When he returned to homeworld he requested that he were to have a ruby assigned to him and monitor him everywhere he went, it was a bit of a surprise to the Diamonds but they agreed and paired him with a ruby who was different from the others and not just in appearance. It was not long after he was paired with the ruby where he was protecting her even though it was supposed to be the other way around, both of them went to earth after being dispatched by the Diamonds. He told the ruby everything he was told by the half-breed and to his surprise she believed everything he said because she was told the same thing by a male amethyst who met with her on his way to a mission.

Since both of them already got along so quickly that gave him a plan, he contacted Blue Diamond and told her that he would stay on earth with his ruby to keep 24/7 surveillance on the cluster and make sure that he would notify her when it emerged. His plan succeeded but with one fatal flaw, he would have to check in with Blue every few months to ensure that he was monitoring it. It was risky but he agreed and in the end he was going to protect the earth as a spy as well as getting into a little relationship with his ruby.
