When Luffy suddenly fell in the ocean, Usopp tried to save him when a man came out of the ocean and stood in his way.
???: who the hell are you?! You've got some nerve relaxing in someone else's home without permission
The man got into a fighting pose, ready to take on the crew by himself.
???: This is my land, and I suggest you leave
Rimuru: Wait, hold on! We're not here to--
Before Rimuru could finish her sentence, Sanji rushed towards the man and attacked.
Rimuru: Sanji, wait!
The man did two sweeping kicks while Sanji evaded them.
The man then tries to jab Sanji with his hand.
Sanji blocked the man's attack, and we're locked in combat.

Sanji: Usopp, go ahead and save Luffy
Usopp: on it!
Usopp ran past the two and dove into the sea.
He man suddenly pulled out a pistol and was about to shoot Sanji when Rimuru got between them.
Rimuru grabbed the man's gun, blocking the bore of the pistol as the guy pulled the trigger.
The bullet sunk into Rimuru's hand.
She then crushed it before raising her free hand towards the man's face.
Rimuru: paralysis breath
Rimuru sprayed green mist from her palm.

The attack failed to hit when the man suddenly collapsed.
Rimuru: CHOPPER!! WE'VE GOT AN EMERGENCY!!
Chopper: ON IT!
Chopper changed into his hybrid form and began checking the man's health.
Just as Chopper began checking the man, Usopp resurfaced while carrying Luffy.
