THEY all gathered around the bloody body of Yujun, despair falling over the group of them in a thick, invisible mist.
"He didn't break any rules." Junhee muttered, "So why did he.." Jungwon spoke up as the other trailed off, "Did he fall?"
"He didn't fall." Yoon seo commented, "Somebody killed him. There are a lot of signs of a struggle, and there are wounds on his forehead."
"So.. someone other than the Mafia must've killed him, right? It would've told us if it was a Mafia." Hireath said, holding Bambi's hand tightly.
"We don't know that for sure." Yoon seo shook her head, "It could be considered different in the day." Junhee covered Yujun's corpse with a sheet, staining bits of it red as the blood seeped into it.
Bambi glanced beside her, seeing Jinha and Kyung jun glance towards each other and then glance away. There was no way, right? They didn't kill Yujun, they couldn't have. Why would they do that?
Her hand squeezed Hireath's tighter, earning a look from the other girl who looked concerned. Bambi shook her head and mouthed 'later'.
Eventually the body was taken out of the room, and the rest of the group besides Jungwon and Yoon seo left after.
Bambi and Hireath made their way into the infirmary, which seemed to be their official hangout spot now. Bambi shut the door and pulled Hireath over to the beds to sit down.
Hireath let out a small breath, "What is it?" Bambi glanced down at her feet as she spoke, "Do you think.. Jinha and Kyung jun killed Yujun? I saw them looking at each other earlier."
Hireath took in a deep breath before letting it go, "Maybe. They could've, I mean.. they're cruel people we know that already but.. would they really kill someone with their bare hands?"
