Third person Pov
All through the walk or stroll, Raye hadn't encountered anyone and those that she saw quickly moved and avoided her like a plague.
She thought it was strange but that didn't stop her from moving up and down the town.
She didn't realize it was already dark and saw the time it was 3 50 am. It was so late and she even know how she got there or where she was or if she was still in town?
With different questions running through her mind she was surprised to suddenly feel a gaze and not just any gaze , an eerie one.
Something in her told her to look back and when she did she screamed but that didn't hinder, so she started running and all the PE she did in school paid off until she saw the creature so close to her then it vanished when the clock struck 4 00 am.
She felt so many emotions like never before , fear, joy that she was able to survive, and most of all the fear she got from the creature chasing after her when it was so close. She could have sworn she saw death.
Death was so close yet so far to her. It was the worse experience ever, she wanted to believe everything was just a dream,nightmare but it wasn't it was real. So real.
She felt dumb and angry at herself like no other because she had compromised her safety and she didn't know what would happen to her father if she was to die. The pain she saw on his face when her mother passed last year was still fresh I her memory
