I have come to a few conclusions that I hope benefits everyone...

The story will take place in the Standard Dimension. But Yuma, Rio, Tori, Lulu, Yusei, Rin, Akiza, and Bruno(who was teleported to the Standard Dimension after the duel between him and Yusei) appears after Yuya creates Pendulum Summoning. 

You guys can decide who gets to battle Sylvio with Yuya.
