alexa soon found saturday rolling by, nothing particularly interesting had happened since she'd spoken to luke a week ago.
nevertheless, she definitely didn't expect to be so excited to see luke again- but she was. you see, alexa found it hard to make friends, the whole concept not really appealing to her for the most part. the thought of being friends with someone, especially luke, still made her feel a tad uneasy, but she pushed the thoughts away as she entered the quiet book shop.
she shuffled towards the familiar figure that stood admiring all of the books around him; the beauty of books being the only thing she knew they had in common.
"afternoon" she smiled warmly, luke shifting as he noticed her presence.
"hey" he replied, too indulged into the many books that lay ahead of him to fully concentrate on greeting the girl beside him.
alexa thought he looked adorable when he was concentrating, she noticed that his eyebrows furrowed, lines on his forehead soon appearing. she really hoped to get to know luke more today, it was unexplainable, she just wanted to know him, like really know him.
"how about we go out somewhere today" she asked, as she realised that they needed to leave this bookshop for once. a change in scenery would be nice.
luke simply nodded, already having a good idea of where to take alexa. it was a special place to him, somewhere where he could be alone and just enjoy the peacefulness and enjoy what he had around him. initially, he didn't ever plan on sharing his little hideaway with anyone else, but hey; alexa seemed nice.
--------
they soon pulled up at lukes chosen destination after they drove for around half an hour. the car ride wasn't awkward, the music blaring from his multiple cd's proved to eliminate any possible awkward moments as the pair sung to familiar songs at the top of their lungs.nervously, luke stepped out of the car, scratching the nape of his neck he opened the car door for alexa, being the gentlemen he always hoped to be.
alexa couldn't help but blush at his actions, but she quickly tried to hide it by taking in their surroundings. they were currently standing in a field covered in different coloured flowers, a lake just in clear view from where they were standing.
they sat on the ground, lukes arm draped over her petite shoulders as alexa hummed to the songs that had previously been played not too long ago.
they continued to stare at the beautiful sight infront of them, before luke abruptly stood up and began taking off his clothes, confusing alexa who sat there worried as to what luke was clearly planning in his head. she copped on as she watched luke run into the lake in just his boxers.
she quickly began discarding her clothes before running over to join luke who was currently enjoying himself way too much in the water.
"what if there's diseases in this water" alexa quickly exclaimed after realising that maybe this wasn't the most hygienic idea.
luke chuckled next to her before wrapping his arms around her small body frame before whispering delicately into her ear " just live for the moment babe"
A/N: this is super cheesy, so I apologise, but I wrote this on my iPod so please ignore any spelling mistakes etc
