Chapter 2 The Big Rodeo

Today is the day of the big rodeo. I hope that I can make it to the rodeo on time. Because I am being kept after class. By my American history professor. His name is James Butler Hickock aka wild Bill Hickock.

He is like the beast from beauty and the beast. He is making me stay after class because I was late to his class.

But the strangest things happened to me on my way to class today. I left the old house that I was staying in until I can get enough money to buy me a house.

I walked by a house that looked like the house from dark shadows. There was an old man in the yard working in his garden.

He called me over to him and he asked me who I was. I told him that my name is William H Bonney aka Billy the Kid.
He told me that his name is brushy Bill Roberts and that he was Billy the Kid.

I asked him how could he be Billy the Kid? Because I am Billy the Kid and I can prove that I am Billy the Kid.

Tears came to his eyes. He looked at me and said son we both have something in common. He told me that he too was an outlaw who was shot down by a lawman a year before I was shot down by Pat Garrett.

And that was brought back to life in the future to be my adopted grandfather and to take care of me.

After that I walked to the university of New Mexico. I yes I was very late to my American history class.

No professor Hickock was not happy about me being late for his class. So he was going to make me stay after class.

Well I am a little late to the big rodeo. But I am going to ride my bull next. I hope that I win.
