Dreadful Reunion Pt. 1

Over two weeks have passed since Jaune joined Fiery Passion and in the time since defeating Deengee, he has faced new challenges.

Using a program exclusive to Beacon Academy team leaders he would be able to take up a full-time job, the only stipulation being that he was to keep up on his grades.

With this program, he found himself only at the school twice a week so far since he had to fight an opponent in combat class.

As long as he was able to beat his opponent then he was able to continue in the "Work Program". This Friday afternoon he was leaving Glynda Goodwitch's classroom after one of these mentioned matches.

It was a fight against one of the members of Team Cardinal (CRDL). It was with his new-found strength and ability, that he made quick work of his opponent using his weapon Crocea Mors, beating the young man named Sky Lark.

Regardless he went to his rocket locker to put his weapon away, switching it out with the weapon he had been using as a Gangster.

A metal bat he picked up from the original fight with the Men in Blue, except he painted it red. Later on, when he found himself back in Italia the people recognized him when he passed them.

Giving and receiving greetings from all he could see, because he and Bodyguard had made a name for themselves. For the past two weeks, he has done nothing but fight, if a member of the Men in Blue were seen they would have to chase them off, and fights often followed after.

While he liked that the people were now seeing him and his team as saviors, there was a part of him that regretted his declaration.

"I am Arcturius, Bodyguard Elite, and if you so much as come after me and my gang, then get ready for a beatdown of a lifetime!"

It was these words that sealed his fate as a Bodyguard member, Junior found it hilarious when he heard it and since he had proven his skill after the defeat of Deengee, suddenly he was fighting people day in and day out.

Muggings were attempted, but Jaune and his squad were faster, saving said people from their fate. As the days went by the violence escalated with buildings being destroyed and vandalized.

There was only so much Bodyguard and the police could do, with people getting hurt and Fiery Passion members getting killed. Jaune didn't know what to do.

The blonde gangster clenched his fist in anger but he remembered the words of his leader, Bruno Blanco, he said to him "Use that anger! Use that hatred! As long as we stand strong they will not win no matter what they do."

He could tell he was speaking nonsense since he and his team were being deployed day in and out. With victory being won in all of these fights because of him.

Yet despite his misgivings, he knew they were depending on him, Bruno Blanco his leader, Trish Veleno Rosa, the squad's second in command, and Hirose Verde a fellow recruit that was twice his size.

It was these three and him that made up Bodyguard, and Jaune didn't want it any other way.

Nowhere Hirose was the first to back him up. When the muggings first started, Trish was the first to know having learned of it with her contacts in the community.

As for Bruno, he taught him all that he could in such a short time frame, he explained how he was one of the few who still had his memories when Puchi first attacked.

It was these three that made things bearable, but it still wasn't enough. Men in Blue attacks were ramping up and those who knew of him, when walking through Italia, its people were the ones that came to him.
