Now we're in Vaizel, we've heard that Diane's Sacred Treasure could be there. Unfortunately giants have been banned from town so Diane had to stay behind. I wanted to avoid Ban for a bit, so I stayed with Diane and Eli.
- "Now that I think about it, was it really a good idea to let these three go by themselves ? I mean, I'm sure King will behave but Ban and Meli..." I said.
- "I'm sure they'll be fine." Eli said.
- "It's clear that you don't know them." Diane said.
- "What do you mean ?"
- "When they're together, Ban and Meli are like two kids. I can bet they're not just going to take a look." I said.
- "They'll participate to the Fighting Festival !" Diane added.

- "Really." Diane and I repeated. At least Hawk is with them.
- "The three of you look like three wives waiting for their husbands to come home !"

- "Diane's waiting for King. Elisabeth for Meliodas. And Karina for Ban !" Hawk said.

- "What do you see in Ban ?" Diane asked me.
- "What do you see in King ?" I asked her.

- "She does !" Diane answered before I could.

- "No ! She never told him in the 10 years we spent together !"
- "Diane ! Can I speak ?!"

- "Hawk, go keep an eye on Meli and the others." I told him.
- "Fine..." He sighed.
- "How about we go for a walk while we keep talking ?" Eli suggested.
- "So, Karina ! When did you tell Ban ?!" Diane asked as we were walking in a forest.
- "The night we came back from the Necropolis."
- "Really ?!"
- "What made you confess after all this time ?" Eli asked.
