There was quietness all over the town after the death of the king. Sorrow and grief were spread throughout the kingdom. As the king was burried Vikram witness it. Aarna was not allowed to be there, as the kingdom must not know he is the spouse of the next king.

2 days later-

Vikram.. Please eat something. Aarna says in a low, caring voice. I am not hungry... You haven't eaten since 2 days please.. Vikram. I know what happened is indeed really painful for you but you shouldn't punish your body for it.. Please Vikram?..

Vikram just nod slowely, Aarna pass a weak smile and start to feed the rice and curry to Vikram with his own hands. I am grateful to you Aarna.. Vikram says while looking into Aarna eyes. Aarna looks down in embarrassment.

No, I am thankful to have a husband like you Vikram.. Vikram holds Aarna chin as he plants a kiss on his forehead..

A month later

Even after entering the room he could clearly hear the cheers of the people. He gently open his eyes and let a sign out, he found Aarna infront of him.

Aarna put his hand on Vikram's cheeks as he smile at him, you can do this Vikram.. I know you can honey. You are patient, you are strong, and you are mine too. Aarna wink at his bad flirting which put a smile on Vikram face as well.
