Promise and maria

Nicki's pov

my phone woke me up it was the photographer from the magazine company I'm working with they want me to come in a day early I wasn't suppose to leave promise with Maria until tomorrow bahjas gotta go to the studio and bre has to go record a song and neas going on a trip with bria today so they won't be here with her she doesn't know yet but I'll tell her at breakfast

Maria walked pass my room door

Nicki:Maria is promise up yet

she nodded

Maria:in the kitchin    

I grabbed my phone and purse walking down the stairs promise was sitting in my chair waiting for me I picked her up sitting down putting her in my lap she turned around grabbing my face with her little hands pecking my lips

promise:morning mommy where are you going

she played with my necklace  

Nicki:well my photoshoot was rescheduled to today but to make up for it we have the photoshoot with me and you tomorrow and we can go where Ever you want

She nodded jumping off my lap so I could eat

Nicki: you not mad at me are you

She smiled both of her dimples caving in she has deep dimples just like me which made me smile

Promise:nope

I leaned down kissing her forehead

Nicki: good because I don't know what I'd do if my little lady bug was mad at me

She giggled sitting in her chair to drank the rest of her juice once she was done she got up to go sit in the living room while I finished eating when I was done I got up grabbing my purse and the keys to my benz

Nicki: bye lady bug

I tould promise closing the door

Promise:BYE MOMMY

she screamed after me

*5 mins later *

Promise pov

I walked into the kitchen to ask maria for some juice I climbed up onto the counter swinging my legs

Promise:can I have some juice

She handed me a juice box

Promise: why don't you talk much

She looked at me for a minute

Maria:I don't like talking much

Promise:why

She shrugged

Promise: can you get on the trampoline with me

Maria:sure

(By the way maria isn't some old lady she's 20 but look's 17 I'll put up the picture)

She took off her shoes and started jumping I got on with her and started flipping I did a cart wheel

Promise:can you do this

She did it after me

Promise: catch me

I ran and jumped into her arms she threw me up into the air I did a flip and landed on my butt on the trampoline

Maria:how did you learn how to do that

Promise: I watched the older girls at the adoption center I asked some of them to teach me but they said no until I tried to do one on my own and sprained my ankle one of the nicer girls finally helped me than I learned to do the rest my self with a little help

Maria:why didn't they help you

Promise: I was so quite almost  like you so they thought I was weird

Maria:being weird is being different they didn't like that you're different

Promise: what's the real reason you don't talk

Maria:when I was little my sister always told me to shut up so I got used to being quite

Promise:how long will my mom be gone

Maria: not long you wanna watch a movie until she gets back

Promise:yes but nothing scary

Maria;how about tangled

I noded we went back into the house maria made pop corn and we watching the movie

In the middle of the movie Nicki came back and she was sweaty

Nicki: hey

She tryed to hug me I moved back

Promise: noooo mommy your sweaty

I whined and she laughed

Nicki: well if I take a shower can I get my hug

Promise: yes and a kiss too

*5mins later*

Nicki walked back down stairs she hugged me and attacked me with kisses

Promise: I said a kiss not kisses

Nicki: well its too late

She picked me up putting me on her lap

Nicki: how did today go

Promise:it was great we got on the trampoline and I got maria to talk

Nicki:is that so

Promise: mhm I'm getting sleepy

Nicki layed me down on her chest and we went to sleep together

OK so the reason I haven't updated in like a week is because I got my tablet taken and I don't like updating on my phone and this is like my longest chapter ever on another note
