SSA Charlotte 'Lottie' Jones is the newest member of the team, she has been at the BAU for 6 months after being transferred from Child Sex Crimes. She gets along with everyone except SSA Aaron 'pain in the ass' Hotchner. For some reason since she's started he's had it in for her. Picking up on any and every mistakes made in her paperwork, making her redo the whole file, ignoring her ideas and suggesting when on a case. Ignores her presence or simply puts her down. You name it, he does it.
Lottie doesn't know what she ever did to get this reaction from Hotch but over the months as he continues his hatred for her, her resolve has broken down and she gives as good as she gets to him now.
