In the midst of the night, there stayed two souls. On a balcony, barely fit for two. Barely being able to hold the small table and chairs that had been knocked over. The two men wrestled, fighting over one another. Liquid gold dripped down the king of Hell's chin. Slowly making it way down his neck. He layed under Alastor, completely drained and helpless. The stomach wound slowly trying to heal itself with what energy Lucifer had left. It was a daze. One moment he was having tea, the next he was pinned under a flickering demon above him. Static filled the air, making it almost suffocating. Yes, Lucifer what the king of Hell. It was humiliating to say the least.

With his last drop of strength Lucifer pushed Alastor, knocking him onto the balcony fencing. Lucifer sloppily limped back into his room, falling onto his bed. His eyes shut. Fading out of him mind, the fallen angel rested.

-

A prickly feeling or sharp pain instantly woke up Lucifer. He hadn't remembered much, there was a lot going on. "Stay quiet." The familiar voice spoke. Lucifer's eyes opened completely, focusing his vision, he gazed at his surrounds. Alastor. That damned demon. Wrapping up his stomach. "YOU!" Lucifer shouted, quickly gaining consciousness. "Must I remind you to stay quiet?" Alastor's eye twitched, as he wrapped a bandage around his bare chest. Lucifer stayed steady, calming his breaths. "Why?" He asked, lowering his tone. "It's three am, the other residents are asleep." He spoke. "Three am? Fuck... I feel like shit..." Lucifer rubbed his temple slowly. A loud ripping sound quickly make Lucifer look down at his stomach, only to see it was the bandage being bit by Alastor, then pressed down onto the side of Lucifer. "Sooo..." Lucifer looked around the room, still lying on his back. He quickly try to sit up, before being pushed down by Alastor's cold and long hands. "I did not do all of that for nothing, did I?" He voice sprinkled with static. "Right.." The king mumbled. "Why did you? I mean, I'll heal quickly... maybe four or five days?" Lucifer rationalized. Alastor sat next to the laying body, crossing his legs. "For Charlie, I'd assume." His grin tightened, "Although you are not... to my best liking. I do not mind sacrificing a portion for the princess." Alastor finished. Lucifer groaned, feeling insulted. "Why do you like my daughter so much?! What are your plans." Lucifer looked over at Alastor, noticing his appearance.

His regular striped pin coat was draped over Lucifer's bedroom bench in front of his bed. Revealing a white long sleeve dress shirt tucked into a belt that stayed hidden under his coat normally. His hair was more ruffed up then usual, but any traces of former blood were removed. Though, one thing did stand out to Lucifer. The giant almost muddy green bruise on his chin. And yet still, the giant and slim grin he wore ever so casually.

"I suppose I have grown a fondness over Charlie." The demon placed his hands in his lap. At this Lucifer's gaze grew sharp. "I admire her courage perhaps." His radio like voice spoke. Lucifer could relate. He was proud of his daughter, he loved her. Though the thought of her being taken away from him ached at his heart, he understood. But the thought of trusting the radio demon did not take a step foot into his mind. He wouldn't dream of it. "I guess... I can't blame you." The King spoke. Alastor's head turned quickly towards Lucifer. "This does not mean a thing. We are not friends, neither accomplices. Take it as a mere favor." Alastor then stood up, took his coat and left. Clacking the door behind him. With that Lucifer stared at the ceiling. Listening to his duck themed clock tick through the time. He wasn't tired, well, he couldn't go back to sleep. But Alastor didn't let him up. "Wait a minute..." the realization hit him. "I'm not obeying that maniac!" The small king slowly sat up. Clenching his once again opened stomach. Murmuring under his breath he finally stood up. "Phew..." he breathed heavily. Slightly leaned over, he held his stomach whilst walking to his door.

Lucifer roamed down the halls, glancing at the differently decorated doors, guessing which belonged to who. Easily being able to guess some of the obvious ones, such as Angel Dusts and the newly recruited Cherri Bomb's. Plastered with bomb stickers. explosions and cherries. He gazed around the newly modern hotel. Staring up and down the walls, the blood red curtains, the portrait of Sir Pentious, and other various things that caught the curious kings attention. Lucifer walked into the kitchen, turning on the light. "Ahhh..." he yawned widely. Lucifer turned on the coffee pot, after pouring in a few glasses of water. He leaned on the counter waiting for it to finish brewing. He eyes shot up once greeting with soft pattering footsteps.

Angel dust walked into the kitchen, hazily rubbing his eyes. "Ahh.. Heya Mr. King of Hell." His voice ached of tiresome. "Oh uh hey... uhhh.." Lucifer hesitated. "Angel?" Angel Dust asked. "Yes! Angel!" Lucifer clapped his hands. Angel sat on top of the kitchen counter. "Whatchya' doin up so early?" The spider demon asked, crossing on leg over the other. "Just couldn't go back to sleep, haha." He awkwardly chuckled. Angel slowly nodded along. "Yeah? How about a round?~" He winked. Lucifer squinted his eyes, "Ah uh—I'm okay! Thanks though uh.. Angle?" Angel rolled his eyes at the name, before dropping down from the counter and opening the cupboard above him. He pulled out a cereal box and a bowl accompanied by a spoon. "Ya in the mood for chatting?" He then asked, nodding towards the table. Lucifer's smile softened, he shrugged his shoulders.
